  1. hmm ok thanks. Will see if I can change my train tickets and if not will just have to get singles My fault for not checking first xx
  2. Hi everyone I am trying to locate the thomas and chris double op and can only find one for the sunday?? Please tell me there will be one for saturday too? If so could someone kindly link me to it? Have already booked train tickets for the saturday and only really coming for thomas and chris so crossing my fingers! x
  3. more secret circle guests... vampires diaries guests too and i mean the likes of malese jow, arielle kebbel, kayla ewell etc not ian and paul ;-)
  4. I also hope kellan doesnt cancel and a few bigger guests confirm as I am holding off buying my ticket until then. With other events I am attending it all adds up and I can't justify the cost based on one cast member and a group of people I have not even seen in the movie yet and won't do until after the con... That said, I appreciate how hard it must be to get the bigger guests now, it is really just a personal decision for me. If I had more money then I am sure I would still come along, but as I said, I just cant justify the cost for Kellan alone - If he hasnt cancelled nearer the time tho and money is alright / no over events planned I may still buy a ticket :) x
  5. nooo I have a two year old and a 10 week old and that is enough for me for now hehe, but I was fairly pregnant at et4 and it was certainly a talking point with some of the guests at least :) lol
  6. I really hope they keep it in Birmingham, I probably couldnt get there if it was London. Birmingham is nice and central to everyone / thing
  7. I also was not happy that I went and bought pictures of Gil and Charlie only to find the exact same ones being given away for free. I agree there should of been a sign of some sort as this was never mentioned to me either.
  8. I second this and I also think emailing or posting the pictures out after the show would avoid so much hassle with photo collection and also people having to wait around who may have otherwise left early for whatever reason. As I said before, this could perhaps easily be arranged - calling people in a certain order, maybe by ticket number, that way you would know where to send the pictures too.
  9. Aww.. I had originally intended to get Xander in some pictures, yours were lovely :) I just found it too hectic and stressful though so him and my partner waited outside whilst I went in. It was Charlie's queue that I left and asked for my money back. That queue was just insane! lol.
  10. Its always worth talking to a member of the Crew regarding the queues. I had my little baby with me and when she started getting distressed whilst waiting for my Charlie shoot I talked to the crew since I didnt want a photo of her bawling her eyes out. Obviously being heavily pregnant was an even better reason for you to talk to them x I too was majorly upset how the guests were crowded. The biggest thing that annoyed me was when me and 2 of my friends were dancing on the Friday Chaske came onto the dance floor and he came and joined our little circle and danced with us. It was so great and we were all having a laugh until some girl physically pushed us all away from him and started grinding herself on him O_O needless to say he very quickly left, spoiling our moment . Though I couldnt stop telling him thankyou for dancing with us for the rest of the weekend lol I did go and talk to the crew, and a lovely woman who gave me my money back. I was actually having a panic attack by that point to be fair, it was just far too crowded and my poor son was really upset - screaming! Baby or not I did not want to ask to push in front etc as I didnt feel it fair on the other attendees , plus I am sure some of them would of had a comment to make Cant fault the crew, the lovely woman sorted me out and I got my money back straight away - and when she saw me later remembered to ask how me and my son were etc, but I do still believe that the queue system majorly needs looking at. Queuing for pictures on one side and talks on the other side of the same hallway just didn't seem to work x
  11. I second this for ET6! If I do attend I shall be leaving my two behind. I was the pregnant woman who was walking around with her partner and son in a red/black push chair and baby in a Team edward baby grow. Think we cossed paths at a few points. I would also like to say thanks to the staff who were all extremely helpful, and again the guests were great with Xander. However there was one attendee who was very rude, when we were in the queue for registration she came and stood in between my partner and I - he had Xander in his arms who was crying his eyes out, my arms were loaded with things, and as anyone who saw me knows I am very obviously pregnant - However this womans lovely comment when I asked her "excuse me, Please can my partner just get through to pass me my baby" (who was still distraught) "A pushchair has wheels you know" then stormed off muttering under her breath! How utterly ignorant and rude, I was actually left shaking as it annoyed me so much. He was not even in the pushchair! we were not asking the push chair to be moved, it was not in the way of getting to my son. We just politely said excuse me! Not a massive events / SM issue, and as I said, the crew were great - but I did feel I had to mention it, in case maybe that woman comes on here, next time she can think twice before being rude for no reason, especially around a little baby. One suggestion I do have At times there were lots of people queuing on the disabled/pushchair ramp waiting for photos - would probably be a good idea to keep this clear. Several times my partner and I had to lift the pushchair (which is rather heavy) up the stairs with my son in it, and with me being pregnant I shouldn't of really been doing that. A few times some crew members or nice people did offer to help, but there were plenty of times when people just stood and watched. I can only imagine what it would of been like for anyone in a wheelchair passing through at that time. Yes, for ET6, my son and daughter will be staying with nanny or daddy I think
  12. aw I am sorry you had such a hard time chick. It was my first con too and not many people spoke to me either though I did have some lovely people speak to me about my son - was partly my fault that I didnt mix with people tho as I didn't make the effort either - I was just feeling so crappy the whole weekend and I also found it very claustrophobic. Still I am hoping to go to ET6 and may well go alone as my partner hated it (not a twi fan) Feel free to add me on facebook if you ever want to chat; Lucretia Collier-Curtis on there. take care, and I hope your ankle gets better x
  13. A bit thanks hun :) I seemed to develop a severe cold/flu over the weekend but luckily do seem to be on the mend a bit today - Just have a bad cough now. Hopefully I will be fit and well for ET6! x
  14. I also do not think it would be fair to have a seperate room for standard tickets! Standards have paid for their ticket too, and as the previous woman said, not everyone can afford £150/£225 (or however much gold is) twice a year, on top of hotel costs, outfits, food, travel etc. Turns in to a massive expense and as it is , golds pay more to get the drinks reception with the guests.
  15. I missed the parties, Can I ask what everyone is referring to about Bronson? I feel like I am missing out on the gossip lol x
  16. thanks. To be honest I was so ill on sunday we got my pics and went straight home, but I was very lucky in the photo collection that some lovely crew members helped me find my photos and bought them to me so I did not get pushed about. Would it not be possible to bring in a system where pictures are mailed out after the show? using a digital camera and calling/naming the pictures by ticket number could be a good way to organize this. just a thought :)
  17. i prefer the white background and think matching backgrounds for each room would be nice as my photo with the blue background looks like the odd one out.
  18. I agree the queuing system needs looking at. I am heavily pregnant and nearly fainted several times during he weekend. The worst was sunday afternoon when people were queuing for talks on one side and photos on the other, it was bedlam and seemed no one knew where they were supposed to be. could barely move, was very claustrophobic and I ended up missing my photo with charlie - there was no way I could of possibly waited in that queue any longer without putting myself and my baby at risk. also i found my scheduale had barely anything on sat and nearly everything on sunday which was rather stressful aong with the heat in the hall where autos were done. A room with that many people in does not need heating - I realise this is down to the hilton but thought it could perhaps be mentioned. Again I felt very faint in there and did overhear a lot of people saying the same. x
  19. I agree they were lovely, but hoping they are not back for ET5, as I can't make it Variety is the spice of life and I am sure that whichever guests attend ET5, there will be at least some who are just as nice.
  20. My Julia pic is awful, but I love all the others. :)
  21. I have to say that I found the staff at the Hilton to be lovely and perfectly polite personally.
  22. Booboo and Gil were easily the best guests for me! They were all lovely though, But Gil and Booboo were super sweet.
