Amazing guest! The person I was most looking forward to meeting and the hug I got in the photo shoot was worth waiting all day for. Still buzzing today and randomly grinning to mysel.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the crew for making the weekend so amazing - even Darren with his incredible lack of Stargate knowledge! I will never forget the lip sync battle with Massive Events very own version of Take That 😀 Thank you to the guests for making me laugh so much during the talks ... at the drinks receptions and the guest encounter with Doug. And Gary's commentary at the screening ... Really who was that guy?! And a special thank you to Fiona, Lisa and Sheila for letting me tag along with them over the weekend. I really hope this won't be the last Chevron ... But if it is then it was a great way to finish. Just one more thing ... Any chance someone could post the group photo taken at the end of the closing ceremony on here please for those of us who aren't on Facebook.

So gutted this is going to be the last Chevron. My friend couldn't make it this year so I'm attending in my own and decided to treat myself to an upgrade to gold instead of silver. Really appreciate everything ME have done to keep this event going so long as I know numbers have been dwindling. Also loving the extras that have been added to the packages. I think this is still going to be an amazing event, even if it is on a smaller scale. Let's make this a weekend to remember!!

My friend and I booked our silver tickets for chevron yesterday. There was never any question of which to choose ... Although if they'd been different weekends I would have tried to go to both.

So happy to see this announcement. Met him at chevron but seriously considering a photo just for another hug

Definitely agree with this ... Very enthusiastic talking about how they were half way through filming the second series of Atlantis and how it was going to be better than the first. And a lovely pic with him after getting his autograph.

Yes, they charge for parking as far as I know. If memory serves it's about £14 per day. Last time I paid for parking when checking out and they validated the ticket and charged me £5 per day. Its more expensive if you use the machines to pay for the parking.

Favourite guest without a doubt was Eoin Macken. Very friendly and chatty, even if he was siding with my 14 yr old son and picking on me

I stayed at the Ibis last november and we had breakfast there. There's only a small eating area but the food was fine. Hope everyone manages to enjoy the weekend despite all the problems!
