I checked the status thing in my account and it says my ticket was paid for. But I ordered an Alex photo shoot and it has come out of my account I checked and I got the email thing but it is not in my online account thing where the only ticket is..O_o What does that mean? I ordered it as soon as they came out as I wanted an early number.

I am not sure what you mean. The Online store says, what online store? I do not have a order status thing. I have the email confirmation thing to say I paid that got emailed to me but that is all. I can not really afford to pay for another ticket, so I am a little worried as I have booked my photo shoot and train tickets so it would be a lot to lose out on if I didn't get the ticket

I emailed to tell her I put it wrong and she told me they had been sent out already so they could not be changed but she didn't think it would be an issue. I wrote the street right I just put like two of the letters the wrong way in the middle of it if that makes sense. It looks like I just wrote it wrong if that makes sense. What does registered mean? They will come back to her? If they do does it make I can have them resent or I just lose like the £12 I paid?

Not long! I have wanted to meet her for so long I am so worried something is going to happen and I can't like I miss my train, or get lost or the world ends... Something And then I shall cry forever. I have my auto my lovely friend got me from MK but it doesn't have my name which is fine. I would much rather a photo with her anyway, do you think I can ask for a hug? I am a little shy. I did hug Tony Head but I did have two photoshoots with him so I could pick my courage up! I worry like women might find it odd if another women asks to hug them. I am rambling now, sorry O_O

I was told mine was sent out last weekend because I asked as I wrote my street name wrong and I couldn't change it. It still hasn't come, I am a little worried as I put the wrong street as I said. I did put the rest of it right and the postcode though but yes how long should it take?

I'm a bit confused I pre booked an Alex one. If I'm not there at 9am is there a chance I'll miss it or does my ticket say what time to come? Can they start before 11am as some people don't get there till then?

Now I am worried. I have no idea how I am meant to get there if the overground thing is not working, I know nothing about London or what train goes where. I am going to cry now. This is starting to worry me and stress me out. I have a massive issue with crowded places so even coming to the place is freaking me out without worrying about not even being able to get there

I am not sure I understand this Gold thing. So if say I am the 2rd person to meet her in the line someone with a Gold pass could come in front of me? I could be there all day if that was the case surely? Gold passes are limited to 150 people and cost £175, so yes they will be ahead of you regardless, but it is important to remember that you will get a photo done. Once the photos start, it will flow through quickly. So if I were ticket number 1 I could actually be person 151 to get my photo took?

Hi, 2 points to bear in mind. 1. It can take up to 2 hours to have your photo returned from the shop. ( You can have it posted to you by recorded delivery for £2.00) 2. Engineering works on the underground which can affect your journey esp. on Sunday - Check the website on http://www.tfl.gov.uk/ I am not getting the underground I think. I am getting the overground at Clampton and then back onto a southern train. So I don't think I have to go on the underground, I hope not. I don't like them I don't mind waiting but I just meant if I could leave early then I would like to and not have to wait around for a later train if that made sense.

I've never been but I went to the Halloween one How does it work in terms of getting your photos and auto's? I have an early bird ticket, so what does this mean? If I am seeing Alex do I line up for her auto and then for the photo? How does the photo work do they call us in groups, that what they did at the other one. So like one to 50 or something, if I am number 3 do I go before the 50th person or do we just go in whatever order within that group? Is it easy to see where you are going at the event? Like where I need to get my photo etc. If I am the last person to get an auto does that mean I will still have chance to get my photo? Thank you

No, nobody will try and steal your ticket, it is a genuine Showmasters e-mail address I can not allow anyone to steal my ticket! I just spent money I really should not have spent and my husband shall lock me in a cupboard now so I can not spend anymore! But I missed her at MK and I have to meet her or I shall actually die! It's fine the only people that have access to that email account are the show organisers and they don't really need a ticket They might need mine it is extra special ;O but they are not having it!

No, I would guess that you will be in the first 100, if not 50. First. As far as I am aware they get allocated in the order that the shop orders are received. My husband said, he has a kinda of job like this. That they would have to label them as soon as they got them to keep them in order. So I am hoping that is what happens and I do get a low number

Timelord is correct on both points, your ticket number will be known when it arrives in the post, and the address should be fine. I have just ordered my Alex one How do I know what number I am? Also for my Early Bird ticket I put the wrong spelling for my address like I put two of the letters in the wrong order I still have the number and my postcode right, is it going to be a massive deal do you think? Like will I still get it? Or do I need to get in touch with them? and Can I get in touch with them?
