Hi all, I have a question about my voucher. I already bought a ticket with some of the amount. The remaining amount is now something aboe 200£. When I enter the code in the area above, I can only buy a ticket which value is avoe the remaining voucher amount. I tried to buy a single Andy Serkis photo op and it won't let me. Is this serious, that really can only buy something which depasses the remaining value??

Hi guys. I couldn’t find an answer to my question by browsing the forum ... For a saturday diamond pass pickup, is it possible on friday? Also my son can only be there later. Can i pick up his diamond pass and if yes do i need his ID card or a copy of it .. as he needs the actual ID for his flight.

Ohhhh Harold Perrineau is so late on Sunday I have to go before his photoshoot to catch my plane, and I have already bought it. Is it possible to go to the saturday shoot with my sunday ticket for him, if I explain the problem to the staff?

Hi Jason I wondered when I will hear back from you for my pre-ordered autographs from Collectormania? I had forgotten to add the dedication name in the order. I sent you an e-mail the same day to put this right. I never heard back from you. Nor did I get any of my autographs until this day. When will you send them out? Also had I purchased Ben Hawkey who had to cancel. Will I get a refund for his autograph? Thanks for replying to me, as I get no response to my e-mails

To be honest, I'm waiting for one or two more guests to be announced to buy a ticket and book hotel and transportation. As I live abroad I'll have to fly in. I won't spend all this money if we "only" have two guests (which I have already met once) But very soonish and the more we approach the date, flights will get unaffordable for me. It is really a pity that there are no updates on this convention.

I can only agree on this! A shame, this bus driver. The bus on sunday at 2pm from the stadium back to the station never arrived The one from 2.30 pm brought people, then stood, like already described, on the opposite side, motors running (nature says thanks) He left there at 2.31 pm, even though he knew (i hope) that he had to leave with us (on the opposite side) at 2.30 So we left at 2.35 pm and some people who obviously had to catch flights in London (me and some others) had to run to catch a train ... I would have loved to take the 2pm bus!

I have exactly that book in which I collected already number of autographs. I have protected the book covers in matte plastic because they are somewhat padded so they get dints easily. But it really looks great, all signatures are in regular sharpie and they still look great.

I've met both and both are amazing people. Craig is funny and very very nice. ... and gorgeous of course He talks a lot. Iain is the perfect gentleman, very polite, very intelligent and very nice to the fans.
