That would be great as no one is replying to emails. No gift and no refund. Wasn't keen on sending card details in a email not very secure. I got my ticket at the last event. I need my refund ASAP as was expecting this at end of august as announcement was mid august!

Any chance of partial refunds I know guests can cancelled and it can't be helped but the cost of a gold ticket does seen really high now

A good site for hotels in area is booking.com just type in olympia exhibition centre and it will bring up all hotels in area. Some as cheap as 100 pounds for a fri and sat night. Check it out guys most have cancellation policys. Good luck with the search!

Summer was awesome I got vt 24 early on sat morning and got in after carrie auto. She is one of the most lovely guests ever..... going to try again on Sunday for another auto but it was crazy that they gave out way to many vt tickets at start of day I saw people with crazy numbers. Think it may be different tom (sun)!!! They would have learnt from today (hopefully)

Hi thanks for info looks awesome. Just one quickie for too tall or anyone who knows. If I need to join queue e (prepaid and wanting a stan vt tic) do I get off at west brompton or earls court which is the closer to stan? (Coming overgrown so can get off at either stop?)
