This is true as it's commonplace for lower football divisions for midweek matches to take place, so many times you get home saturday, away midweek home following saturday. Of course, this may work the other way and BOTH weekends will be free.

I heard that Yvonne would never do an event in the UK, as she got lots of online abuse after having to cancel a planned UK appearance due to being cast in De Niro movie.

Can't see this ever happening, he's probably joined Val Kilmer in the 'nope' file.

For reasons that cant be discussed on here, it's extremely unlikely that Jewel will be at 2013 London Film & Comic Con. Fingers crossed for you that she'll return a different year.

Have met all (apart from Jamie Murray & Lindy Booth) and they are great people too...but as they have been to UK before (some loads of times) not sure how popular they would still be too cover the cost of flying them back here again!

Some valid points in this discussion. The idea in principle is a good one tho I am not sure how many people will spend the (IMO when compared with others) high JPEG prices. I've probably had about 70 or so photo ops over the years with showmasters, they provide great memories when looking at pics, but at those prices, I'd probably only bother to buy 1 or 2 pics that mean the most to me. Half the photos on the site will be of Timelord anyway!!

Anna Torv would be great to meet, but too expensive for showmasters to afford to bring over for a weekend.

There is no point in being upset by the editing, the mods are just doing their jobs, which is why not many people attempt to post negative comments on here anymore. I hope most people enjoyed this event, I personally did not go so cant comment on how it went.

Depends on the guest really. Shatner auto - 20 seconds if you are lucky, photo op 5-10 seconds. Less A list guests - photo ops a bit more relaxed but usually no more than 10-15 seconds. Autograph wise if the guest is quiet, 2 minutes is not unreasonable some times you get lucky enough to wish you had brought a chair along for the chat!

Never once got asked for my wristband...it's still in my wallet. Bet loads inadvertantly got in for free (or early bird instead of the standard they were going to buy!)

This is an absolute farce....what will happen when there is only of the astronauts left?....will a single autograph be a completion too ! At the end of the day, people should walk away like someone else did...there is a point when common sense should prevail.

Asked at hotel reception yesterday and they said there is normally a deal for these conventions but the event organisers did not request one for this weekend. Thanks for that!

Had a great day today - not been to many autographicas so cant comment on whether busier than usual but to me it seemed very relaxed and guests could spend time with you. Went primarily for the space 1999 guests who were all very chatty and great to meet, was wonderful to get the chance to meet Martin Landau again, we had a nice chat about the last time I saw him, when he was walking around talking to Edward James Olmos, a very good friend of his apparently. Good to catch up with a few friends too.
