  1. now I'm more of a confirmed Castiel fan having met the charming Misha last Saturday.
  2. read the article, and the way I look at it is - fans attending knew the costs involved and chose to go, yes if your anything like me you might have ended up spending more than intended.....but at the end of the day - I for one had a fantastic time at this event and am looking forward to repeating the experience again next year.....no matter what sort of review the event gets from a "newspaper" (and I use that term loosely where The Sun is concerned) will chance my mind.
  3. agree with all the comments already made. She was really nice, friendly and came across as being genuinely pleased to see people. well done to her, hope to be able to meet her again sometime.
  4. my daughter got his autograph on Saturday (it was for my son an avid Star Wars fan - he couldn't make it to collectormania) she said that Billy didn't make eye contact with her and she thought he gave the impression that he wished he was somewhere else. - shame really. I was downstairs at the time having my photo taken with Misha Collins - if I had been there I think I might have said something.
  5. Misha was just adorable and funny with it. Also chatted to me whilst I got his autograph, asking how I was, where had I travelled from and thanked me for coming to the event. - taking the time to make it that bit special. In the afternoon we watched as he returned from a break, Julie had nobody at her table...so Misha grabbed one of her photo's wandered over to her table, joked about and asked her for an autograph The Supernatural talk was funny with Misha on fine form Hope he can come again to collectormania......or even better a Supernatural con (as mentioned at the talk)
  6. also adding a big thankyou to all the crew for all their hard work. As a newbie to collectormania I asked several crew members questions and was always given spot on info with a smile. Same goes for the photo-shoot crew and photographer who all did a fantastic job considering the long queues- they kept things running smoothly. Was also surprised how quickly the photo's were ready to be picked up too. Well done everyone for making my first collectormania experience such a pleasant one.
  7. I can only speak for the Supernatural talk on Saturday -which took place at 4.15pm and the acoustics were very good. I was sitting about 7 rows back and had no problem hearing Misha or Julie. no echo or outside noise.
  8. the seating plan was abit strange, although luckily it worked out ok for us, we had ticket numbers 134 & 135 which translated into seats G8 and G9. The Supernatural talk was funny wasn't it and Misha was on fine form.
  9. This was my 1st visit to a collectormania event. Had a fantastic time, found the whole experience great, have nothing but praise for the organisers - for me everything went smoothly. I did ask several crew members questions and was always met with smiles and good information. The running of the photo-shoots was handled really well, and a big thankyou to everyone involved Misha Colllins was just adorable and took the time to chat and make it that bit special. The Supernatural talk with Misha & Julie was very funny and as already mentioned receiving a free Supernatural poster was a nice touch I for one will definitely be hoping to hear more about a proposed Supernatural con Once again thanks to all involved in making this convention so memorable
