Hi there Not sure why I have not recieved them have checked again today in work - nothing. I did have however one sent to my hotmail acct last night. Apologies if I offended anyone here with a bombardment of e-mails, just found it frustrating. My suspicions are that my work have blocked your emails for whatever reason and probably treated them as Spam. Now ordered hope you all enjoy the show looks fab.

I never usually write on this forum but after Saturday I need to. Overall the event was brilliant and I met everybody I wanted to, although I have a couple points I want to raise. (1) The Queue for Sat was a nightmare - am not going to mention that any more as its mentioned previously. (2) The bagging area for photoshoots when did this change. The reason I ask is with previous photoshoots once you got near the front they took your bag etc off you and not at the start of the shoot. I had a problem with a poster tube which got detached from my bag, luckily it was found but having 200 bags+ behind the counter surely is a logistical nightmare how many people said "Mine's the black one"!! (3)With regards Jeri Ryan and Gillian Anderson I was told no quotes just names etc on the autographs. So I thought hell I'm paying £45 and £35 a pop here am going to ask them directly. I had an x-files poster and asked Gillian to put her character name underneath and a quote - not a problem she said! The Jeri Ryan I asked her as well and she again said no problem as she put "Resistence is Futile" and signed it 7 of 9 as well on two photos. Which goes to show it's only Showmasters telling you no you can't do this... Think that's about it.

I know Jason never gives any clues but:- "Lost to let you know about at 7pm" which he put on his thread - so I reckon it's Matthew Fox.

Hi Guys/Girls Before I book my train tickets is anybody travelling from Wales (Cardiff/Barry/Newport) area and might have room in their car. Of course I will share petrol/car parking costs etc. If you do please give me a shout. Regards Andy

Hi there Just needed some advice really as I will be travelling by Coach from Cardiff and will be arriving at Victoria Station. What do I need to catch to get to the studios. Just looked at autoroute now and it is just over 14 miles. Any ideas? Another option could be is there anybody travelling to this event from Wales maybe if there is room we could share petrol/parking?? Cheers Andy

Just heard the news today that Bob Anderson has sadly passed away today at the age of 89. Bob of course did the fighting scenes as Darth Vader in the Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. I met Bob last year at LFCC and found him a really friendly guest. Thoughts are with your family during this sad time, who were also with you last year at LFCC.

Hey there I just went on the Sunday which was nuts to say the least. Had lots of photoshoots done and found Photo Area B to be the best. Why - well for a start Roz was there who was nothing but helpful and always had a smile on her face regardless of the situation. Another big thumbs up to Photo Area B for the collection of photos as everybody was very helpful and polite and always had a smile. Who was the crewe member with blueish hair on that Photo Area she was very nice....

Hi Guys Got to be honest I'm not one to post any sort of messages on the message board but I have a query and hopefully somebody can give me some advice. I've been going to these events for at least four years now and am aware how everything works e.g. Virtual ticketing, photoshoots etc. My problem is I've snapped my crucitate ligament in my knee playing footy and its extremely painful. Am basically waiting for an op. One thing I'm having great difficulty is standing still for any length of time. I can walk on it no problem, but standing still is a nightmare as the knee just swells and locks. I am going on the Sunday and have photoshoot tickets for David Tennant, Eve Miles, Alex K who are going to be very popular. What would you say is the best thing to do? Wait until the end then join the back of the Queue. Tell a member of the crewe, I know they always do their best to do what they can but I seriously doubt if anthing could be done especially with David Tennant. And before you ask I can't afford a gold card. Cheers Andy

I think I'm right in saying that he did have some family members with him, possibly his wife and another lady who might have been his daughter. I suspect you might have been a bit unfortunate in your timing, I think his talk finished at about 2.30 and I think the effort of the talk tired him out quite a bit. If you met him shortly after the talk it's quite possible he was a bit disorientated. Yeah maybe I did catch him at a bad time. Just didn't want the impression that he was signing all day, doing a talk and a photoshoot. Thats a gruelling schedule for most people half his age. Great to see him though.

Hi All Have been going to these events for some time now, but this is the first time I've ever written on this but felt I should. I basically just went to the show on Sunday and my prime auto targets were the Star Wars guests. One guest in particular who I wanted to see was Bob Anderson being a rare signer. I saw Bob after his talk on the Sunday at about 2.30ish. What I did see though was a guest who appeared very confused and in particular looked shattered. In fairness the assistant who was with him asked if he wanted a break but he didn't. I had four pieces for him to sign and at one point during the signing he actually asked what he was doing. My question is this, given that this guy is 87 years old I felt very guilty asking for four pieces to be signed and probably being one of the busiest Star Wars guests do you feel more should be done in terms of his age i.e. I know he can have a break etc but maybe a break from it completely as it was very hot in there, I also noticed he didn't have any family members with him who could have helped. Other than that is was Brilliant.
