Hi, just wondering if it's possible to change the name of the second ticket holder. I bought 2 tickets, both were paid for on my card, and now it's looking like the other person can't go. Have I lost my money, or can I change the name on the second ticket, as it wasn't actually purchased by them? Thanks.

The Hilton website lists it as 3pm, with check out at 12noon.all booked :) no info given on what time we can check in tho.

me and my boyfriend are staying at the radisson on the thursday night too - unfortunately the hotel does not offer a discounted rate for that night.

Bought my gold pass on the final day of last year's convention. Had hotel sorted for a while and booked my travel last week. Excited!!!

Didn't realise just how good the convention room rates were. Have booked an extra night because I'll be arriving a day early and the total cost skyrocketed! Better ask my boss for some overtime...

A new code seems to have appeared on the 'venue' page of the website. Gonna try to book my room using that at some point. Wish me luck!

Is there supposed to be a signature on them? There's something that says 'Signed on behalf of Hollywood Icons' on both of them, but there isn't a signature on either of them!

Still haven't had any sort of response from them, but thanks for trying to help me. I've found a phone number on the HW6 website, so I'll try that as a last resort, but I'm not holding out much hope.
