heya guys, just a little bit concerned as i called the hilton today to see what sorts of rooms were available, and the lady i spoke to informed me that there were no rooms left in the entire hotel apart from one twin deluxe room for friday and saturday. ive never had a problem getting a hold of rooms for the convention, so i was just wondering are other people having problems too and if massive events know anything about the hilton releasing more rooms nearer to the time? or if anyone has in fact booked a room and is now not going. many thanks, crepusculo (LA)

i loved the weekend- and the new venue is great! i think it went really well in all aspects and well done for adding new stuff like richelle mead, john henson and having a food court. on the subject of food, i wasnt able to eat anything because i have a gluten intolerance, so maybe for next otime you could have something sorted out for people with special dietry requirements. i dont know if the food was supplied by the hotel, and if so i understand that it would be better to talk with them. but anyways i met some really great people and i loved the gold pass drinks reception- i already have my gold ticket for next time! so thanks so much massive events team, and i will see you for the bitten convention and et4 later on in the year, oh, and good luck in trying to get some great guests for us- i know youre aiming high for et4!!
