I like the idea of guest packages very much, BUT i dont think that should mean said guests photo ops wont go on sale online prior also, surely that just adds to the headache and queues on the day if big guests are restricted to packages only online prior? I do have some suggestions, having blank paper at guests signing tables to regularly test the pens, im tired of getting faded, faint watery autographs especially if im paying top $, if a venue has multiple entrances then perhaps use them for the different queues. if the venue has other halls perhaps use them for queues on the saturday, or if they have bigger halls perhaps use them, LFCC summer has gotten bigger every year without fail. on concerts sometimes they have water pumps set up so ppl can fill up their water bottles, at the official star trek con in the US they have water coolers in the main talk room thats free. i know there is a cost implication here but i think things like this would reduce alot of the complaints about heat ect on busy days and be a good gesture to the fans. I think Eticketing would be great if set up well. can multiple fans (not other human fans acting like roman slaves lol, but electric fans) not be placed in the photo studios? last thing ppl want is looking red & sweaty in a photo shoot, and with how hot it was on saturday at this lfcc that was happening, my wrists were hurting i was fanning myself so much with my plastic autograph holder lol. also a mirror in there is always good. neither of these are very costly in the grand scheme of things but would make the experience all the more comfortable for the attendees. (im saying the word fan too much lol)

KingRichard is a celebrity? whats going on lol "im out of it for a little while and everybody gets delusions of grandeur" I also saw the king, mostly around the star wars guests, he comforted me after I had a terrible experience on Saturday at LFCC, so thanks again for that.

Little unfair to have a low Friday ticket and have to go after 500 ppl on sat or sun, but thanks for confirming As long as you get the pic, does it matter? it does if it causes a clash, also earlier it is the fresher the guests smile is lol. but as too tall has said, if causes an issue like a clash, speak to crew.

if her shoot is called in batches how should us friday ppl proceed, will fridays be called first or our number count in whatever batch is called?

no worries, id say make sure they explain the item/s to the staff too

as long as they fit through a door, no worries, the pic seems like they would, they arnt bigger than me on their own i dont think, there is a side door to the cloakroom next to the main hatch and shutter. just have a shoe lace or some string to tie them together for storage.

are we talking like a transformer style cos play? if it fits through a normal door its fine, but the bigger it is the more the staff will charge them as that would take up a fair bit of space.

I cant really picture in my head what the costume is, do you have a pic? but as long as something fits through a normal door or through the cloakroom hatch/shutter then as long as its not already full from other punters then it should fine. Id advise them to have it inside a bag/bin liner or something, the staff will staple the ticket onto that. my concern would be if its in bits and delicate and not in a bag or something, then there would be a concern and would be an on the day decision, but generally speaking if it fits through a normal door and the cloakroom isnt already full from other punters, i dont see a problem. the cloakrooms are smaller than your average photo shoot area, so get it in early.

as long as items are stored decently and not in bits falling all over the place they can take most things, anything big will be classed as large luggage. you can't change in there though lol ;-) the cloakrooms are not massive though, so there's always the chance with the amount of attendees at LFCC they may get full as the day goes on, esp sat. though I dont recall this happening before, but this LFCC is bigger than ever.

yeah would be nice to know the duo prices, I really hope they are slightly cheaper than the individuals stacked up, they use to be, were only getting one photo after all ;-)

Check with your hotel, they'll likely have baggage storage even if you've not actually checked in yet. I agree, best check with your hotel. The cloakroom is run by the venue and I honestly have no idea if it will be open during this. id advise leaving your luggage at the hotel concierge if you cant check in early,

its taken me ages to pick up my in order rewatch again, but watched 11th hour and the beast below the other day (s5 is by far matts best) also watched inferno, as i was in a pertwee mood last night.

yeah when i saw all the studios i was like, DAMN! clash city. ive been cutting down of recent times but this LFCC ive got a few shoots, hopefully my guess work in pre planning what days i booked them will help avoid clashes. I've got 3 Friday, 4 Sat and 4 Sun. Shouldn't be too bad. Fingers crossed. think ive got 6 Friday, 3 sat and 6 Sunday, i think, cant remember

Thanks! i think they only send out for the big ticket, the dinner and all bells one, i might be wrong but i think they send a letter for that, but all the others are print paypal and collect on the door. if i remember rightly.

i ordered mine 5th may and it was done through world pay, STILL no refund, isnt world pay meant to automatically refund when a guest cancels? though thinking about it how would that be possible when for example my order that had sean had about 6 other guests in also, so surely it must still have to be done manually?

lets hope its not another 6 month wait then! could have sworn all my LFCC orders were on the new payment system, im hoping its done before LFCC, which would only benefit SM, more money for punters to spend with them at LFCC.

Is Sherlock big enough in the states to attract attendees on short notice? Also I think all uk fans would be upset if one of the leads who is based in the uk did the us side of the event.
