  1. this is disgusting, what the hell? who does that, what utter scum, the cinema should ban him imo. Do you realise this is the SPOILERS thread? No need to change the colour i know but im being extra cautious just in case, maybe someone looks at one recent posts and sees it for example? just dont want to ruin it for anyone

  3. spoilers --- i think its important to remember that Ren was seriously injured when he came up against Finn and when he came up against rey he was slightly more injured & fatigued. which I think levels the playing field more. but its also already established rey can fight and that shes learning how to use her powers, ren says as much.
  4. I loved this movie, as good as the originals! worthy successor for sure. not sure i can say better than empire though, its hard to rank it, but i loved TFA so much, seen it 4 times and have at least 2 more planned. think thats the most ive watched a film in the cinema. i dont think williams score is oscar worthy though, this time, yes reys theme is nice and the classic theme reprieves are excellent and got me very emotional but outside of that nothing sticks with you, its not a bad score, its good (and you hear more with each viewing i might add that improves) but its not oscar worthy imo. then again who knows who it will be up against.
  5. i hear he has been cast in game of thrones, perhaps now at last we might get to meet him, i hope his price isnt crazy inflated cos of it though lol
  6. wow, glad I met him at a previous autographica, when im sure he was included in the deluxe pass? why isnt he here. that great pass although still value has less and less with it each year. shame . £85, was £50 at the show I saw him at a couple of years ago. GREAT GUEST though.
  7. is there any feasibility (esp if using 40% more space next year) to hold all guests (autos, shoots, talks) in one hall/interconnecting halls and have all the stalls/cosplay/advertisement stuff/gaming ect in another hall. so not mixing it, this would seriously help with spacing for queues on autos and shoots and getting to shoots easier. for example using earls court as an example, EC1 stalls ect and EC2 guests (both halls connected) similar could be done at OLY perhaps. (i know at a cost, but LFCC is massive now)
  8. the air con was working 100% all day every day the thing is in the UK the air con is not that good as there is only about two weeks a year they need it so its never that amazing , there are a lot of you at the event we were light clothing and that seems to work , i myself had to get around a lot and walked over 48 miles over the 4 days but heat was not the issue for me so thinking about what you are going to wear is important unless you are in costume then its a labor of love :-) jason i wore shorts and a vest (only putting a shirt on for the shoots as i got to the guest) i found it a horrible experience heat wise and its ruined my photos, i know im a big guy (many patrons are) but thats not the point, it was far far too hot so if air con cant be done to a decent standard (and i accept it cant at many venues in the uk) then a stricter curb on ticket sales needs to come in, i know thats less revenue and perhaps equally less calibre guests but mate, it was very uncomfortable especially around the shoots which were like zoos. the heat had me sweating and red faced much of the day and has in my opinion ruined most of my shoots, which cost me a fair amount of cash. which has also meant I wont be doing as much at future big shows unless theres some changes.
  9. Thought it was awful really. the experience. I've become so disalushoned with the big events now and this years LFCC was the last straw. I'm certainly evaluating how many guests I meet and how much money I spend at the big ones from now on. Friday was quite busy and very hot so much so that it made me turn up on the weekend in shorts and vest. Saturday was just so crowded and outrageously hot, now ok I'm a big guy but I wasn't the only one suffering. The venue had been over sold imo. I think ppl seem to forget it may be under venue capacity but that capacity wasn't done with 500 stalls, 7 shoot areas and 3 stages in mind. (those numbers might not be correct lol but close enough) Almost all my photo shoots are crap cos I'm bright red from the heat in them. The shoot areas were like a zoo, very uncomfortable ESP level 1. And ground too near the aisles and stalls with little queue space. Separating them on on different floors was foolish. I missed a Friday shoot cos a ground floor shoot overran and it took me ages to get up to shoot A (it being in a different spot to the posted online spot didn't help either and I was basically told tough luck) I also saw the madness that was the stair queues, i heard the venue staff (some of whom I know from my last job) say if a h&s had visited they would have closed the show down on Saturday. Sunday was much better but still too hot causing similar issues for me. Level 3 was lovely (I wasn't there when it got mad on sat lunch time) I feel they are at the level now where they need to hold guests and such activities in one hall and stalls ect in another. Shoots were starting late cos it was taking longer for the guests to get to shoots at this one. The shoot boards were a good thing but some Did't use them. Others had out of date info and shoot A was hugging it so you couldn't see it half the time. Kenny bakers signing queue was too close to shoot Es queue area which also blocked one of the stair cases to the other levels. Robert E diamond pass holders on Sunday went without their guaranteed autograph because it took so long to do the make up shoot. How exactly the time for this wasn't known prior is beyond me. So ppl with diamond passes with guaranteed autograph didn't get it. That's outrageous, SM offered ppl a £25 showmasters voucher or told them their diamond pass would allow them an auto at a future show with Robert. bigger signs (perhaps more overhead ones especially when using multiple floors) were needed. the venue was just too hot though, ruined the experience for me. I've disliked attending the big shows for a few years now and this was the worst yet for me personally. So as I've said I will be evaluating how much I do at them going forward. On a positive note. Amazing line up and all the guests I met were lovely.
  10. great make up shoot, very good and a great package for horror fans, though guaranteeing an autograph with a costly ticket then not delivering is poor. i wonder if there is any small print on those tickets lol. surely the make up time was known prior? why wasnt it factored in
  11. i was lucky enough to meet Bret again last week, he sells out every visit, astonishes me showmasters especially now flying high dont get the bigger WWF old school names like Bret, Bret is also a lot easier and less costly to get than HBK or Hogan too. Bret was as awesome as ever
  12. would love to meet him, boggles the mind no event org has had him over. like many I had no idea about the recent uk visit, a lot of ppl kept that very quiet whilst enjoying themselves lol.
  13. the new ainley one is marvellous, houses an interview in 2000 i think it was, he comes across as lovely. i really enjoyed it
  14. will the cmmk shop be going over to event brite? i dont want to order tickets half and half between the new & old systems (as ive not booked anything yet)
  15. return to devils end has been deleted (a few have now, more than 30 years always gets pulled down) but here it is again for anyone who hasnt seen it - return to devils end - http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x14wyke_the-daemons-documentary-return-to-devils-end_shortfilms
  16. overall i liked s8 and capaldi is brilliant BUT i hated death in heaven, what a mess, made little sense, a waste of a set up and i hated cyber brig which also makes me angrier/more upset the more i think about it. loved the water tombs in dark water though. and have no issues with a female master, the master has a long history of stealing bodies, but i dont get why he/she wouldnt still call herself the master?
  17. when i saw badwolf/the parting of the ways at the BFI in 2013 it coincided with where i was in my complete in order rewatch, which was nice.
  18. just seen her pop up in blue bloods, wish SM could get her, would love to meet her
