There is toilets inside the venue which are actually really nice but no idea if there are others outside/near by etc Everyone is usually in by 9.30am so no q to get in then x Hope this helps

Hi I am booking a Hilton room which will be within half a mile of the venue and works out at £35 each I am booking for the Saturday night and it includes the famous Hilton brekkie The reason it is cheap is due to me using my points from the other showmaster weekend conventions attended Just get I touch if interested

Hi SM Distaster has struck My fave Chaske picture got water damaged (stupid cat knocking over my drink) Anyway, was hoping beyond hope that it was at all possible to get another copy emailed? I would not at all expect anyone to have to go to the trouble of printing and mailing a photo to me. Thinking on from that - a couple of my friends have attended a concert meet and greet recently, where there was a person sat next to the photographer at a laptop and they were putting images onto a flash drive and handing them the digital image before leaving. Personally I love having the actual photo but would be overjoyed to have the jpeg and pay myself for the printing afterwards. I know that this is maybe not something that could be done at convention events as concert meet and greets tend to be 50 - 100 ppl max - and the work involved putting up to 1000 peoples pictures on a digital drive would possibly be too time consuming - who knows! I would love to be able to put one or two of my photos on a canvas in my bedroom but trying to enlarge a 7 x 5 image makes this impossible. My main point here (as well as trying to get my fave photo back) is finding out whether in the future, we will be able to get our photos in digital format either at the event, or by online request after the event. I am sure people would be willing to pay a fee for someone's time to sit and ping emails out from email orders received (we could order using the codes on the back of our photos we got at the event which details the file name etc) Hope I haven't waffled on too much and any feedback would be appreciated :)
