I think they'll somehow be keeping it a surprise as to the full logistics of the shoot (please correct me if I'm wrong) and in my eyes that makes that little bit more special, gives it the wow factor when you get there to pose!!!! I'm sooo excited for this!!!

I think you're just putting an overly negative spin on it - after all, customer polls don't generally throw out personal opinion for everyone to see and reply to, so of course it's going to be different on here. People are absolutely entitled to their opinion, and no one has been told not to express anything as far as I'm aware. I could edit your post if I wanted to, or if it was against the rules etc, but I haven't so of course you're allowed to express that opinion. I can't promise there won't be anyone that disagrees with it though! But in a way you're arguing against the exact thing you're arguing for i.e. having and expressing an opinion. It just so happens that others have a differing one I know others have differing opinions however never have I come on here and told anyone ''what rot'' about one of their opinions it just so happens that on these boards and I've seen it not just in my posts but other threads about other cons that whenever you express an opinion that may not be favourable to the organiser someone will come on here and have a go which to be fair, is not constructive neither is the phrase ''what rot'' I believe I'm going round in circles here and somehow am beccming the villain of the piece by expressing my disappointment at all the recent cancellations, which is becoming a regular occurence on here, so it is on that note that I'm saying no more on the matter at all, I will enjoy the weekend for what it has become now for me and that is a christmas shopping trip to London not a signing event. I may even consider making a trip across London Town and getting a ticket for that one instead!!!!

Ha ha I love shopping and know exactly where I want to be on that street because I do have to admit the crowds are annoying and I always seem to be going the opposite way to everyone else!!!!!!

Thanks, it's nice to know that someone else also sees it from my point of view, I've never known message boards that are so one sided where you simply can't express any slight disgruntlement towards the organisers, surely all opinions no matter good or bad count for something, they do in my job anyway we're always running customer polls to find out what people think and it's not always pretty but it helps us understand our customers a little more, clearly people on here don't see it like that. This weekend is not shaping up to be what I paid for but hey thank the Lord for Oxford Street and shops!!!

Yep I appreciate that, but the thing about human nature is that we always remember the negatives unfortunately rather than the positives and for me personally every guest I was coming to see this weekend has cancelled so now all I see this as is a very expensive weekend away near to Christmas that what I have spent on hotels, entry and travelling could have been put to far better use. I understand that it's a risk to take when booking but that still doesn't mean it's not disappointing and it will certainly make me think twice when booking in the future.

Wow consider me jumped all over, jeez what a reaction, I'm not holding them responsible at all I understand the work commitments thing but so many cancellations just doesn't look good I'm sorry that's my opinion and one that I am entitled to.

Dispappointing!!! I've never known so many cancellations for the same one event, this can't be good for a company's reputation!

Ok I'm really not interested in this, I'd really just like my money back, can someone confirm that refunds will happen please or I'm pretty sure I'll be making a trip to the info desk to try to retrieve my money????? Thanks Me too I don't want a Ashes to Ashes photoshoot, I only wanted a Philip Glenister one Can someone official come on here and confirm that we will be getting refunds, as this is quite important to me and I believe could avoid them from having to deal with unhappy people at the event itself???????
