Angel would win hands down for me! I mean, of course I owe my love of that show to Buffy...I mean, I was totally obsessed with it when I was younger & that's probably the reason I started to watch Angel in the first place but I dunno, looking back, I can't really see why I was that excited about it. Sure, there are episodes I adore but I have to say the episodes I don't find so interesting outnumber them by quite a bit. Okay, obviously there are episodes of Angel that I don't love as much as the others but that's not really because I find them uninteresting, it's just kinda because of the characters. For example, I don't really like the whole Connor arch (basically the end of season 3 & I dunno, you could probably say a bit of season 4 too) but that's not because I find the episodes are boring...it's just I hate what they do Wes & I really can't stand a certain pairing. So yeah, I think in simple terms, the reason I love Angel so much is because I'm probably more attached to the characters than anything else & that's down to the fantastic way they develop them throughout the show. For example, Cordelia goes from a stuck up b***h to an awesome heroine & Wesley goes from the complete idiot we're introduced to in Buffy to, as Willow put it in Angel season 4, Malboro man. I'm not saying they don't do that in Buffy it's just it's kinda more profound in Angel from my point of view 'cos for me I really didn't have much of an opinion of Wes other than the fact he was an idiot but by the end of Angel he'd become a character that you could totally identify with and grow to love (you can tell he's my favourite, can't you?) Anywho, I'd probably rate Buffy as 2nd, Dollhouse as 3rd & Firefly as fourth (because I really never got into it) Sorry for the rather long comment by the way

Same here Luke...apart from the first con thing, I've been to a couple but I've always had someone with me (the only con anyone ever talked to us was Bad Wolf 2010) anyways our mini convo's on YouTube have got me totally hyped up...I reckon this will be the best con ever!!

Bones guests would be amazing & a con would be even better. The cast are all amazing and I'm sure SM would increase their profits if they invited any of them

Going as a generic lab tech don't actually have a lab coat though so I'm planning on rocking up in this white shawl/coat thingy (point is it kinda looks like a lab coat even though it isn't...well my mom thinks it does) hopefully I won't look like too much of an idiot

Is it funny that when I read the thing about lab coats, I was actually imagining Wolfram & Hart's science department

I'm one of the possibly lucky ones as I don't have to pay for a hotel ....In other words, I'm coming from Bedfont (which is about maybe 20mins max away from the Thistle) not so lucky in regards to how long I can stay at the parties though

Okay, so in no particular order... 1. Buffy - I owe my love of the whole Sci-Fi/Fantasy genre to that show, as a kid I was totally hooked on BTVS and now I'm a total Sci-Fi addict (not sure if that's actually a good thing or not though ) 2. Angel - It's a brilliant show and my utter fave outta the whole Whedonverse 3. Fresley - The best pairing outta the entire Whedonverse as far as I'm concerned!! Fred & Wes were just so cute together 4. Smile Time, A Hole In The World, Shells & Not Fade Away (yes, having them as one point probably is cheating but I don't really care ) Angel Season 5 - From comedy to tragedy, puppet cancer to heartbreak....ATS Season 5 had it all, it was television at its best 5. Once More With Feeling - Best BTVS episode ever! 6. The Cast & Crew - Probably some of the most talented people on the planet 7. The Fans - Though I've never actually met any of you guys (this'll be my first Whedon con) from what little talking I've actually done with you all both here and on FB, you seem like a brilliant and lovely bunch of people 8. The Music/Soundtracks - Utterly amazing! I know that more than a few from the Buffy/Angel soundtracks are on my top 25 most played 9. The Comics - A brilliant way of keeping the shows alive 10. Joss Whedon - The man deserves a medal or a knighthood....you know what, somebody give him both

Sounds like a great plan to me, I most definately second the opinion to get Amy & Alexis could try and get the comic writers/artists for the Buffy comics and Angel: After The Fall too, that'd be great but I'd be happy with anyone really
