  8. Hey. You can easily pay on the door, that is no problem However, photo shoot schedules go up a week or so before the show, so you can see what photoshoots you want and whether they are suitable times for you. Autographs depend on how busy the guest is. We run a virtual queue system which means when you arrive you take a number ticket and go and get your autograph when your number is in the batch called. The more busy a guest is, the more tickets given out, but the crew member giving out the tickets (not all guests need them) will be able to advise you on the waiting time if asked.) The website says the throne is available all weekend to pop in for a photoshoot. Keep an eye on the forum if you can to get the info you want.

  11. LFCC was insanely busy, not quite as busy as that, but it can get very crowded around the large guest areas. Does add to the atmosphere though, who would want an empty show. It is open to the pitch but closed in round the sides Fine thank you lol
  12. Lots of hotels charge a fee per box for people not staying at the hotel to leave their bags (some also charge guests that have checked out), but definitely give them a ring first to double check

  14. But we also have the Cardiff Comic Con forum for this too, you can just start a general chat thread there too. Has worked wonderfully for shows in the past, and is very easy to then direct people to the right place with their queries
  15. Always shortest photoshoot first and show the crew at the photoshoot your conflicting tickets and they will help where they can
  16. Showmasters have a fantastic new photo system now, the photo is printed within seconds of it being taken, so you do collect it as you leave the photoshoot

  18. yup, pop along to organisers booth on the day with your confirmation email and ID and it will be issued to you

  21. It will be posted on here when they have gone out, but If you don't receive it in time, bring along ID (you need to do that anyway) and your confirmation email and it will be no problem
  22. I have a cheap E-machines laptop and google chrome. Clearly fancy tech is not the way to go (obviously just kidding)
  23. Just one thing, often at the Hilton you are not allowed to pay cash for drinks from the main hotel bar after a certain time, it is all charged to your room, and you must therefore have a credit card attached Just FYI
