You can never please anyone, especially when the shows are not genre specific, but cater for a multitude of tastes I am well aware of this! I won't personally be annoyed/angry/disappointed because I understand the show caters for various film and tv shows. It's unlikely that the guest will be from something i'm interested in, but I'm prepared for that. Personally, I don't get my hopes up. I was just stating a fact, that some people will be annoyed with the wait as well. I wasn't having a go at Showmasters or anything :) I don't have a problem with the possibility of me not knowing who the guest is, or not wanting to meet them. I understand that. Unfortunately, with any guest announcement, there were always be all sorts of reactions. Intrigued to see who it is myself

No photos at all would indeed be at the request of the guest. If they are feeling rather poorly or extremely jet lagged for example, they won't be feeling their best and that is often a reason for requesting no photos at all. I know it is frustrating, but We have to respect that

By the way The unclaimed autograph went back to the Showmasters office So if you or indeed if you know anyone who left one behind Can you contact the office using the email address in my signature Failing that, jeremy bulloch said you have his business card and could contact him directly To the opportunists - (and there are always some) this ha a specification dedication in the autograph so only the real owner will be able to claim it There are always items of lost property left at organisers booth, and I always give them boxed up to the office so fingers crossed, your missing item could be with them Does upset me the number of empty camera cases we always get but my optimism hopes that they still have their cameras but post the case rather than a naughty person taking the camera and discarding the case

That lady in question left the talk area as her third child hasn't arrived So she reported it and we located him and returned him to her As he was supposed to meet her there it was better to make sure she was where she said she would be, the crew looked for the missing child in the meantime and rang her when he was found :)

I would say that it is best to pop to the sales desk at the show (try and go when it is quiet later in the afternoon), I am not sure that it is possible to refund to a different card, but it is worth checking. If not, you can email the office to the address below including your order number and the card details you would like it paid to.
