David, if you have been viewing off forum places where noone was directly mentioned then I can only apologise for my strong language. I was actually only commenting on that fact that sometimes 'people' tend to come down really quite hard on anyone seen to be 'rocking the boat' as it were but unfortunately when speaking to my friends - i.e. people that I follow and those who in turn follow me, I tend to put that in a more direct and short way. However I am big enough to own up when I have been harsh and I am sorry if any of my comments - I'd like to point out very strongly however NOT aimed directly at you - have offended or upset in any way. In this day and age we use words that through time and consistency get watered down in their meaning and that was one of those cases where I was sadly misguided and guilty of that. I certainly was not referring any moderator to be similar to the blonde haired blue eyed regime who were after a master race and would certainly not mean it in that way - both my grandfathers fought world war II and it would be totally insulting to their memories and lives should I ever use that name in that way. David, I do hope that you can accept my apology and we can draw a line under the whole thing. It's been a long drawn out conversation today and passions are running high and some things do get my goat on the odd occasion but anyone who knows me knows that I am definitely not a cruel person and would not actively go out to insult or upset anyone. Id also like to apologise to anyone else who may have seen the language I used and was offended. I will choose my wording more carefully in the future.

I think the fact remains that we are making the effort to come on here as paying customers and share our views and comments, whatever those views may be. We arent being offensive, or rude, or provocative, we are genuinely passionate about this con. We want the best for it and lets face it, the bottom line, as people that have paid for tickets already, we want this con to be the very best it can be. If we feel frustrated about it then I'm sure SM would rather we place that view on this forum than just say absolutely nothing, as no feedback whatsoever would make for a verrrrrry quiet forum and not help or be proactive at all!

Well we are all an ickle bit frustrated, I know we have to be patient we all know that, but when some of us booked gold tickets in September like I did then 2 guests in that time.....Im totally with you in that, not all the cons are equal in 'followers' shall we say but it would just be nice to be given a little bit of attention lol.
