Yeah there's no one I'm that into seeing, unlike last time where I thought the line-up was great (esp James Callis *g*) tbh I don't think we're going to attending this one now, not unless someone I really like gets announced which I don't see happening personally

I thought I recognised him from Gangster No 1, but to check, wish I could make it to the MK one, although knowing me I'd just rambling about Paul Bettany to him!

Oh I totally second that, especially the Mighty Boosh, I'd love to meet Noel Fielding!

I went all the way to Milton Keynes pretty much just to see them (which cost around £200 to get/stay there) so um yes I'm think I'll be there to meet them again, see if they remember thet, they were both super nice and a pleasure to meet. Well worth the trip, even though they'd run out of GoF photos to be signed by the time I got there. *sads*

I was thinking about doing this for Manchester, my BF would make a pretty good Lou Saphire (um that's right isn't it?) and I was thinking of doing someone (I have no idea who right now though) I still need to work out if we're doing MK or not, I should know soon ish though.

I've been considering going as Crowley from Good Omens, if he were a girl obviously! It depends on whether we can make it to MK this time or not though, but as there's going to be a party this time I'm very very tempted. I may do the Living Dead Dolls thing actually, I have a costume for that already, and a Ravenclaw outfit, oh decisions, decisions

I wish I'd been able to meet Clare Grogan, but unfortunately I could only go n Sunday as my boyfriend thought he was working today, as it turns out he isn't so I'm double gutted on that one!

I don't really know them, but I'm very thankful to the woman with Tony Head yesterday for not called security on me when I fangirled at him, and at GMEX the woman with Danny John-Jules was great, she took a photo of my and him and emailed it to me, that was the only picture from the whole con that turned out thanks to my boyfriend buying a disposable camera with on flash as it was all they had! Oh yeah and the guy with the Phelps twins was pretty cool, although he said something about the twins arms which almost prompted me to say "or do you need me to rub them?"

I only had chance (and money) to meet three guests today, but Tony Head was super nice, even after my brain rebelled against me and I started fangirling at him, he was really great just sort of grinned then asked me what my outfit was from (it was some weird Ravenclaw/goth/pvc thing I put together), the Phelps twins were really friendly too, but I'd say out of the three it was Tony.

Ohhh I'm excited now, we don't set off til 7.30 tonight and can only stay for Sunday (which is gutting cos I really wanted to see Clare Grogan), plus we're coming all the way from the Sheffield. I'm actually beginning to question my santity, it's costing us aroun £200 before we even get to Collectormania!

I think we're booked now, I have a nasty habit of panicking about things, and yet still not getting my ass in gear to organise stuff ages in advance bit stupid really cos if I'd missed the Twins I'd have been most upset!

I had looked, but not knowing the area at all I had no idea how close they were, so thank you very much for that! *I guess we'll get somewhere, cos traveling on Sunday morning doesn't appeal quite so much, I'd do it of course, but ya know /ramble

Okay so we've clearly left this much too late since both the hotels listed as being near the party venue or MK:Centre are full, so can anyone suggest anywhere else to stay that's not too far away from the convention for the Saturday night? We don't mind having to get a taxi places, I just really need somewhere to stay.
