Due to my Mum's persistence in the search for good seats, I have row R in Northampton, row D in Birmingham and row B in Swindon! Should have only had row B in Northampton but the website crashed just as she went through to the payment screen so she had to start again. She decided row R wasn't good enough though so kept booking until she was happy. Ultimately I win though - I get three shows and mum only wants the money for one as she says its her fault she booked extra's!

I still haven't decided if I'm going yet but if I do it'll be at least September before I can afford to think about tickets and hotels (maybe later if I finally cave to peer pressure and book for Hub5!). I will have to gather some courage if I do come as I'll be going it alone and will know no-one. I'll likely be the girl sitting in the corner looking completely lost!

BEST song of the whole con LOL! I was dancing by my table as my friends didnt want to go on dance floor for it I've always loved that song - I remember singing it in a talent contest when I was 4 (and winning!!) 20 years on I'm still prone to random bouts of bursting into it in the street.

Shockingly I think I might actually have costumes for 2 of 3 nights - as a person who doesn't do dressing up if I can help it I'm feeling quite proud of myself!! Now I just have to dig out my old ball dress and school shirt and pray they still fit (and also get a bit creative when it comes to customizing things!). Fingers crossed!!

I've finally been allowed to open my presents(!) Got Series 3 on DVD from the parents plus a few Doctor Who things as well from various other people

I got mine last monday (well, in the early hours of tuesday morning to be exact!) I'd forgotten about that. My poor bank balance!

I'm really beginning to get annoyed with the Park Inn! I booked our room last Monday, no problems. I've phoned every day for the last week, trying to talk to the person I spoke to when I booked it (I'm not being picky, for various reasons he told me to call back this week and ask for him to discuss the booking) and was finally today told that no one by that name works there. I then couldn't get hold of reservations so I can't check it's definately booked and no confirmation has arrived in the post yet! Think I have grounds to worry??

haha phew! You had me panicked there for a bit! After all my umming and ahhing yesterday about whether or not to go next time I booked the hotel this morning. Just have to book my ticket now when I have money - fingers crossed there are still silvers left in December when I get paid!!

Lol, you aren't the person who's been on the phone to me every 5 minutes today demanding to know where our artwork is are you?? I do feel guilty - I must have driven that poor person up the wall! I'm bouncing around waiting for the schedule but part of me kind of wants it to be a surprise!!

I lived up up in L'pool for four years and more than willing to answer questions for you. I'm not sure if I'll be at the event or not yet - probably won't decide until the morning of the 30th - but if I'm not there you're welcome to interview me by email!

I was ill last week but I'm fine now. Having said that my sister was ill the week before, was fine last week and is now suffering a re-lapse so who knows how things will go!!

I've just tackled packing. It's all come to a bit of a full stop though as the suitcase is full to bursting and I still have loads of stuff left to go in it! I think it's a good job my Mum is lending me the car with the big boot as opposed to my tiny-weeny one - I may need the space for my many stylish carrier bags full of stuff that wouldn't fit in the suitcase!

I can't start until at the earliest, 2 days before because I'm away the Monday and Tuesday before so my suitcase will be in use. I already have my list of what to pack though - I know I'll forget something without it!

Cait... I'm in Headington. And would love to throw in petrol money for a lift up there. What time are you going? I'm going to be driving up from Oxford. Going on my own at the moment so plenty of room in the car if anyone in the area wants a lift!

I arrived a tad late to the party having only started watching Buffy 4 months ago! I think it was James Masters' fault. I was rewatching Torchwood and got to James' eps and thought 'why have I never realised how hot he is before - must see more!' I knew he'd been in Buffy but I wasn't overly keen on the idea of watching it for various reasons which I won't bore you with, but boredom and the desire to drool over James won out and I downloaded series one. Then I was hooked. In three weeks I devoured seasons one and two, by the end of June I was halfway through season 5 of Buffy and was working on season 2 of Angel. I finished Buffy season 7 a couple of weeks ago and am waiting for the last disc of Angel season 5 to arrive from LoveFilm as we speak. I've got Firefly and Dollhouse on my LoveFilm list too so hopefully I'll be catching them soon!!
