  1. So what is the Agents of Shield themed photoshoot? Is this a green screen thingy? Will this be available outside the Diamond Pass (kind of like the Game of Thrones throne)? Just curious!
  2. The lady who is doing it is doing this in the event besides her regular job, she is not a full time Showmasters employee. Did you try e-mailing from the address you are registered with? If so please forward your e-mail to the address in my profile. Before we changed some things Hotmail e-mails sometimes disappeared. We thought that problem was settled, but if you want I'll be happy to make sure we play safe. No, I use a gmail address for my online account (and for emailing the two addresses info@ and shop@), not the hotmail one that I set up my forum account with. It's just I had early entry tickets and didn't want to waste time queuing up to get them and my photoshoot tickets reissued.
  3. On the plus side, this event is now getting really cheap for me, and I only have to come on Saturday.... All the time is going into LFCC now where more money is made - I doubt this will still be going in two years' time :-(
  4. Well, I guess I will take along my order because no one has replied to my emails yet...I just wish replies were quicker, if I waited over a week before replying to customers in my job I would probably lose my customers and my job! It should also be a matter of course to add the tracking number to the order - if Royal Mail are regularly losing the mail then you should be registering all the tracking numbers to claim the postage back from them.
  5. I have had my email about the refund today, so will now wait a few more days for it to appear. With regards to the tickets, it says on my order page it was sent out on 23 May by recorded delivery. if that was the case they should have been delivered long before now. I emailed asking for the tracking number, but have had no reply....
  6. Thanks - it does just seem like everyone has to keep asking before these get processed. It's a shame it is not automatic. Hopefully they will also send out my tickets that I ordered weeks ago soon too - would kinda like my entry tickets and other photo shoot tickets before the event!
  7. I haven't had my Robert Emms refund yet either. It's funny how taking your money is instant, but refunding it seems to take forever.....
  8. Yeah, that's not really a reschedule - that's a move to a completely different event! Look forward to getting my refund promptly.....
  9. Derek Jacobi - totally for Gladiator! Christine Adams - Agents of Shield Nick Blood - Agents of Shield Carice van Houten - GOT Brenock O'Connor- GOT Ben Hawkey- GOT Art Parkinson- GOT Eugene Simon- GOT Ryan Gage - Hobbit And a sports guest or two - definitely Stuart Pearce and possibly a couple of others. I love CMMK
  10. Likewise, there is only one guest at LFCC I want to meet, but 10 at CMMK - which is great, because I really hate going into London and MK is just a short drive away :-)
  11. What would have been a *much* better idea, would be to include 4 x £10 gift vouchers that we could use against who we liked. I can't help feeling a lot of £10 guests will get people meeting them just to use up their freebies...I don't think I've ever met anyone who cost me £10 (sadly!). Alternatively they could have kept it at £175, which would have been even better....
  12. Great guest! This is shaping up to be much better for me than LFCC!
  13. OMG - the last autograph I need to complete my Stargate collection. OMG OMG OMG. And I didn't even want to go to this event this year and now I will have to!!
  14. No one I want to see at the moment, so not for me. I'm kinda hoping they announce some decent guests for CMMK instead as that is local to me and I don't really like going into London.....
  15. Hmmm, whilst in theory I like the idea of this, I'm not sure I would actually participate in it. It will just be too expensive for one guest - I know I tend to buy a gold pass (only for LFCC though, and only because I don't like long queues and rushing around), but I just don't think I could justify that on one person. I guess it would depend on the cost and just how A-List that guest was. I might consider for Robert Downey Jnr, but I'm not sure there is anyone else I would be *that* set on meeting... Great idea to get big guests in though, and I'm sure you'd have enough takers!
  16. Including my comic silver pass around £400 - one Stan Lee photo shoot, a load of autographs and an Adi Granov sketchbook. I bought no merchandise because I couldn't bear the crush to get to the stands. Once I got my autos each day I was out of there - didn't stay later than 2pm over the weekend because it was so awful (for me anyway, I didn't feel comfortable or safe with the volume of people).
  17. I had the comic silver pass. I wanted the gold pass (not comic) but it was sold out at the time so I bought the silver as it was cheaper. To be honest, I only wanted it for queuing privileges and I had no problems with this at all - no one questioned it and everyone seemed to know what it was. Yes, the goody bag was a waste of time - 3 comics! - but I never expected more having been a normal gold pass holder in the past and not thinking much of the bags then either. I picked mine up at 6:10pm on the Friday with no queues and no real problems (just a 2 minute wait while they tried to find the woman with the wristbands). I then arrived at 9:45am on Saturday and Sunday and walked straight in. Silver didn't let you in the chill out room - but that doesn't seem like a bad thing this year! As everyone else has said, simply too many of them were sold this year. I hope they just stick to limited gold passes in future and the price goes back down.
  18. David Hewlett (Fri) - my main guest and he was absolutely lovely. Spent a few minutes chatting to each guest - seemed really interested in everyone who came to meet him. Great guy! Happy to pose for photos - in fact he was asking if people wanted them before they had a chance Philip Grieve (Fri) - nice guy, plenty of time with each guest, chatted about New Zealand, happy to pose for photos Guy Siner (Fri) - what a legend, really nice guy, totally lived up to expectations, happy to pose for photos Stan Lee (Fri) - only had a photoshoot with him, but he asked how I was, seemed smiley and pleased to be there Finn Jones (Fri) - very friendly and smiley, pleasure to meet, happy to pose for photos Kristian Nairn (Fri) - friendly and chatty with everyone Gethin Anthony (Sat) - lovely guy, chatty and happy to pose for photos Daniel Portman (Sat) - no photos, but friendly and chatty Will Tudor (Sat) - a real sweetheart, so glad I met him, happy to pose for photos and chat Summer Glau (Sat) - lovely guest, was adding quotes to her autos, and seemed happy and smiley, no photos Ellie Kendrink (Sun) - sweet and friendly, happy to pose for photos Sibel Kekilli (Sun) - lovely guest, seemed a little shy but happy to pose for photos and smile for everyone Jack Donnelly (Sun) - a real bundle of energy, lovely guy, chatty, happy to pose for photos Robert Emms (Sun) - nice guy, happy to pose for photos, no idea why he had no queue and Jack next door had VTs and was very busy Sarah Parrish (Sun) - loved her for ages in just about everything and she did not disappoint, chatty and friendly, happy to pose for photos and seemed really surprised people wanted to meet her Really great guests - wish I could have met more but I just couldn't afford it, hopefully they'll be back soon!
  19. All my autos (this weekend's are at the bottom) can be found at https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.10151562628164810.1073741827.717084809&type=1&l=bf2af152d7 Had such a great time!
  20. Definitely an improvement on yesterday - but I guess a fair few people didn't come back for today/didn't want to queue in the rain. There was still a queue round the side of the building when I left at just before 1pm for the pay on the day, but it did at least appear to be moving. It was still busy inside and difficult to look at the merchandise, but I didn't feel crushed - they also had the aircon on which was a major plus!!!
  21. The guests were a definite positive thing! The four I met today (Summer Glau, Will Tudor, Gethin Anthony and Daniel Portman) were all super lovely - Summer was personalising and adding quotes to the autos despite having a crowd of henchmen around her, and the three boys were just great. All happily willing to chat and Will and Gethin were happy to pose for photos over the table. Yesterday's guests for me were equally fantastic (Guy Siner, David Hewlett, Kristian Nairn, Finn Jones, Philip Grieve and Stan Lee) The Emperor's throne photo shoot was awesome - I love my picture!
  22. He's just a kid - reading comments like this won't encourage him back!!
