  1. I knew Tommy Weldin played General Yeens but i didnt know he was in the Cantina too?? what character did he play??
  2. i wonder if the venue being in london makes it easier to get "bigger" name stars. also i guess nearer the time we can see who will be available (see if anyone is appearing in the west end for example) i would love to see Chris Lee - as mentioned above he would satisfy LOTR and SW (and Bond and Hammer etc etc) i also think this would be a possibility - unlike Oz or McDiamond or Ford or Portman... there's big rumours on other sw sites that LFCC may be more SW focused and this could lead to some more big names being announced. i also tend to agree with the poster above that LFCC can be more geared to larger SW rather than ED which is more "niche" orientated. But given we already have Wood, Fisher and Dreyfuss from a logistic pov how many "big" names could possibly attend?? having been to loads of CM's (although i dont post much just lurk) i hope SM focus again on the comic aspect of the day - there are many expanded universe people who could tie in with sw that could appear - artists, authors, crew etc and i hope sm consider these people too.
  3. here's a question for cynthia and randy... unfortunatly i cant make it to collectormania this time (i'll be in Vegas so dont be sympathetic for me!!) but i have a friend going to the show. will you have any items for sale to people who cant attend (ie pre done cards for example) also if i was trying to get a caricature done - can you do it from photos?? also if someone bought along some of your artwork would you sign it.. what would be your most iconic works - Star Wars related.. sorry for the questions...!! also sorry i cant be there - but have a great few days.
  4. amazing guests!! Ive been a member of a certain SW collecting website and seen the guys work - truly truly brilliant. i wasnt thinking of coming over but this has swayed it for me... really looking forward to the show now... guys - you will have a blast in Manchester... its a cool city - friendly people, lots to see and do... Of course im biased 'cause its not as good as Dublin (where im from) but you will have a great time. If you do get a chance to travel to Ireland you wont regret it!! (However, it rains almost as much in Manchester as it does in Ireland so bring your umbrella!!) the collectormania shows are very well done. normally they are in a shopping mall and this is the first time (as i am aware) its in its new venue However, there should be plenty of people around and fairly long lines for you both!! normally the signees are for autos only - so i think you guys will be different from everyone else and really will be in demand... i hope you dont tire too quickly!! in terms of whats popular - everything you guys have really!! you can see by the other guest stars who people will be lining up to see... SW, HP, LOTR and Narnia seem to be the big ones at the moment. King Kong may also be popular (but i think it wont be so successful IMHO!!) a lot of people also like US import shows... like Lost, Sopranos, 24, Desp HW, West Wing etc etc Monty Python is not all that popular - unless you are of a certain age like me and remember it!! But British comedy is still the best in the world - i guess you guys have the seen "the office"....?? (And not your horrible re-make!!) i have a quick question for you both... do you do charactures (not sure of spelling) on your cards?? For example if I wanted a sketch of me done looking like a sith or a jedi could you do something like that or does it take too much time?? great to see you at the show and thanks for your time coming onto the boards too.
