  1. I would suggest making it last a little longer and providing a head mic :)
  2. I really enjoyed the stunt show, BamBam was superb (As was Bella).
  3. I wont link to it, but you can find it on Youtube by searching for "Karen Gillan sings California Girls".
  4. Be patient. Glasgow unfortunately does tend to not receive many updates until after Showmasters biggest events such as Collectormana & LFCC are over. But they do always manage to pull through in the end and have a good guest list and a good turnout. I even complained last year when there was a lack of updates and I ended up eating my words later on.
  5. Nice :) Though I would suggest putting the links right next to one another (with a single space between the [/url] & the next ) so that they go horizontally in the post (takes up less space).
  6. Seen a clip of her singing California Girls but that's about it
  7. It's actually a little bit more effort to do clickable thumbnails (Mini images, which when clicked takes you to the larger version) with Photobucket. But if you don't mind doing this for each picture (rather than reuploading to another host) then you can do this: 1. Go to your Photobucket Album 2. Hover your mouse over one of your pictures. 3. Click on 'Share' 4. Click on 'Get link code' 5. Under 'IMG for bulletin boards & forums' copy (Ctrl+C) the code next to 'Clickable thumbnail' 6. Paste the code into a forum post (Ctrl+V) 7. Repeat for next picture. Or you could reupload the images again, to say http://imageshack.us/ 1. Select all images 2. Click 'Upload Now' 3. Under 'Get links and Codes for All Images' change drop-down to 'BB Codes' 4. Copy and paste everything in the box to a forum post.
  8. I'm actually now wondering: How can they top this? Can't wait to see in store for next year.
  9. I think that it's a nice thing to have but based solely on what was included in its promotion in the lead up to the event, it created an expectation on what the set would be like. The wording and picture used in its promotion at least indicated to me that it would be a proper film set. So I can see why people would be a little disappointed. I think that in the future that it should be made more clear in the promotions exactly what something like this will be like.
  10. Did anyone get a pic with The Entertainator from Britain's got Talent?
  11. I think people were expecting a realistic film set, like one you would see on screen. That's at least what I expected when I read this:
  12. BamBam tweeted to David Blue http://twitter.com/JamesBamford/status/90109189568987136
  13. She said during her talk that she might join Twitter, anyone up for starting a petition?
  14. I found it really good, kept checking the Twitter feed whenever I was in a queue. Hope you keep doing them at events =)
  15. I don't think that the event was too big, it was just bigger than what was expected. I think that the organizers and crew will take this year as a learning curve, so wont underestimate how big the event will be in the future, will be able to cope with it better and so do more of the things that they wanted to do (As outlined by Jason in another topic). But all in all the crew did a fantastic job, especially considering they did not expect the event to be just as busy as it was.
  16. Crew was fab, was really surprised at the afternoon Karen Gillan photoshoot, it moved in really quickly, well organized :)
  17. Loved the one I got from James Bamford. He recognized me from Twitter and so he wrote "Keep On Tweetin!!!"
  18. What is that? Someone in a bird costume playing dead Forgot to include my photoshoot pics:
  19. Think it was an Earls Court employee. Luckally I still had a brilliant day after that but someone could easily have missed out on low VQ tickets or whatever the reason they got there earlier for.
  20. I had a fab day overall but have 1 big complaint. I got to the event about an hour before it opened (at 9). Ended up a fair bit round the corner but was fine with that. When it struck 9 the queue started moving but then a bus came up an so the queue was split to let people off the bus to go through the side entrance. But then we noticed people joining the back of the queue in front of us (where it was split). So here's me and a he'll of a lot of people standing there, who have waited for well over an hour seeing people who just turned up at 9 get in before us... And what was the responce we got from the guy organising the queue? "Well were all going in anyway" You have no idea how pissed off I felt at that moment. The whole reason why I try and get there early is so that I can get in quickly to get low numberd VQ tickets, but how the queue was organised today I would have been better off not bothering and turning up at 9. Edit: I was in the pre-bought ticket line.
