Quick question, Id printed all of mine a while back and cut them out (so it's just the part at the top within the rectangular box that I have with the QR code, all the details of the ticket etc. However I just realised at the very bottom of the sheet it mentioned that the Ticket Validation is included. I take it I'm ok cutting them all out and don't actually need the bit of the A4 sheet that mentions this? I wouldn't have thought everyone checking and scanning tickets would be looking at the bottom of all of the printouts to see if it says this

Its been said a few posts up that if you need another VT you can go to the back of the queue and get another one, so this isn't allowed? I thought this was what has been said many times in the past, if you need another VT you can get one, but only one at a time, if there's a queue for example.

I dont understsnd what your point is, it says above that you can only get one VT for one guest at a times, you cant get extras for yourself or others, but what you are saying seems to be the opposite of this? it sounds like to me that the crew that refused you extra tickets were correct and you were wrong? My point was that (for example) I picked up a ticket for Norman Reedus, there was no one else picking up tickets for him at the time, so I should have been allowed a second VT for my brother, but I wasn't. I've had problems with this in the past. As QS said, it's being addressed.

It might be best to make sure all the crew handing out VT's know that. There have been numerous times that I've gone to get a VT for myself and my brother as he was in the sales queue, and been refused a second ticket (despite the fact no one else was there collecting VT's for the respective guest. I tried to explain to the crew members and was told strictly that 1 person cannot take more than 1 VT AT ALL. I know what you've said above is true (which is why I tried to explain to the crew members) but like I say, SM might want to make sure this is reiterated to the crew members

Last time the show was in Olympia, it was absolutely stifling, hoping it'll be different this year but I highly doubt it, as there will be a LOT more people at this show than last one in there

Exactly, the fee for using the site should be per transaction, not per ticket. If you're putting one order through for 30 tickets, how on earth can £30 be the cost of that one order going through

As previously mentioned there is sometimes no opportunity to post a warning, with last nights announcements there may have been a last minute surge in ticket sales when there was no one at the office, gold passes are now the only entry option available I'm afraid. I've spent so much money that I can't fork out another couple hundred for a Gold Pass. If there any chance a few more weekend passes can be put on sale? Can you not buy a Friday and Sunday ticket? If you weren't sure you needed a 3 day ticket before today, surely you should be able to get what you want out of the diamond passes over two days, even though you will miss out on a couple of the talks

Well it sure would've been nice to have been told that we're back on the concourse. Makes me go from kind of looking forward to the few guests I was meeting to dreading it. I absolutely despise the concourse. It's not even funny how bad it is. On a hot hot day, it's still absolutely freezing in there, a bit of wind and you can get hypothermia. Brilliant

Always worth checking them out. I used to use Jessops all the time, then Snapfish, and Tesco, but DSColourLabs are by far the best quality I've ever had, and super fast as well.

If the OP can wait until Friday, DSColourLabs would definitely be a recommendation of mine. My brother and I ordered ours on Sunday night (after midnight) and got them in the post yesterday, they are VERY fast. The paper and print quality is exceptional, if you care about quality. Personally I've only used snappy snaps once before to print pictures and the print and paper quality was very poor, so unless they've improved over the last few years I'd go with DSColourLabs. If you ordered today you'd get them on Friday.

DSColourLabs.co.uk is the site I use. The photos are on much better quality paper than the likes of Tesco, and if you ordered today, they would likely arrive for you on Friday, they're very quick
