I think something needs to be done about the amount of people walking up and down the stairs right by the talk area. There is no barrier and its really distracting when your trying to listen to a talk. Also if you're on the other side and trying to see. I understand the fire and safety thing but couldn't sm have someone check to make sure they are going into the talk and not just walking though. Also some people need to really respect guests talking making loads of noise banging about and talking to your mates is very bad day in talks.

If you can get a train best to get off at meadowhall then get the tram way easier.

Also if your worried about time being tight your best getting a early bird ticket. I think showmasters normally allow you on the pay on day door to pay the extra.

I've been asking for months for you to confirm this and I can't believe you didn't reply to any of my posts either way.

I always book hotels way in advance going for the pay on the day type not paying in advance. You can always cancel later if you decide not to go. It's much better as I've done it before and when I looked a few months before the event noticed the hotels have gone up at least £100 and also as you can see by the thread people are already booking so the better, closer and cheaper hotels will go first.

Any news on Kenny Baker prices and if he's only got certain signing times?

Does this mean Kenny is definatly coming because I've been asking about this since manchester and now it's only a couple of weeks away and I really need to plan this.

It didn't feel busy last year on the saturday at all so I would be very surpised if it did hit capacity. I think it will be busy this year however due to Billy Dean Williams he's not signed for a while now.

The trouble is they are loads of FAQ on how things work and people recommand bringing cash with them and £5 and making a plan it's not like advice is not given and I've seen a lot of people I've seen at other event over the years do the same sort of things. There are just way too many selfish people out there who make it worse for others.

I never understand when people don't plan in advance all those people who think they turn up at 9am and can walk staight though the door and then complain because they could not get there earlier. I've been too other events that only sell a very limited number of photoshoots and only for centain guests in advance so I was not able to buy what I wanted in advance and I ended up waiting over 2 hours in the queue just to buy shoots. Showmasters put the plans up in advance with times give you chance to buy in advance and it still seems no one plans like even 2 days before the event people thought they could just turn up on the day and pay on the door. Yes it was busy but if your going to hang around a area for 2 hours waiting for your photoshoot when there is no way your going to be called around for a long time expect not to be able to move not to be able to hear because there is a lot of other people who have done the same thing. It's not just the odd person that is not perpaired it seems to be at least 1 in 10 so if you times the amount of people getting stuff out don't have the right money out only when they get to front of queue they will have added a lot more time to your wait even if it's only 30 secs x 100 and you see where your at. Please think of those people behind you and don't be selfish.

Just wanted to know if Kenny is coming or not to this event?

I was looking at getting Kenny at sheffield I finally managed to get a saturday off work. Now it looks like he's only listed for London Film con but doesn't look like I can get to see him as having issues with work. It was listed on manchester topic that he's meant to be at autographica but I can't find anywhere that he is listed. Can it be accounced if he really is going or not.?

I would also like to know about updates on talks with Erin canceltion I hate miss other talks if the others got pushed forward.

Is Kenny coming to Sheffield? He's still showing as down for it. Sadly I can't make Manchester on the saturday only the sunday. Was going to specially come on saturday of sheffield for Kenny when normally I can only do sundays. I've just checked and he doesn't seem to be listed for Autographica at all.

Little disappointed that silver packages don't have any auto's with them. You can count me out not everyone wants pictures with every guest and many people don't like to have pictures taken of themselves.

This makes me very sad as it's the worse time of year for the accouncement. No one will have the money to buy the tickets makes it worse if it's a diamond guest as your looking at hunderds of pounds. I'm a massive star wars fan as well so I'm hoping it not one of the big guys that will be accounced now. Most people have spent money on buying christmas presants or just about to. Being before christmas as well means people have yet to recieve christmas money to spend on stuff. I'm still excited to hear but doubt I'll be able to buy tickets unless it's £30 or under.

Any idea of prices for the Sylvester McCoy with Tardis pictures. A rough guide would help rather than me getting into the queue and only then releasing it's too much money.
