Hehe! Yeah, I was rather pleased when I got my confirmation. It's a nice keepsake if nothing else *g*

The thing with these events, and any event really is that you take a gamble when you buy a gold ticket. To get the best seats you have to chance the actor/actress you desperately want to meet not being there I have ticket G1 which I think shows you how keen I was when this was announced I had no idea what guests we were going to get in the long run but I was confident it would be a good event regardless and I wanted the best experience with whoever was going to be there Sometimes it works in your favour and sometimes it doesn't but it's a risk I'm willing to take. Yes, I'm disappointed at the number of guests, but they're all people I have never met at a con before so I'm going to enjoy that and I'm sure the actors will make the convention a fun one I'll be getting gold for Roadhouse 2 (if it happens) as well.

I think it's just bad timing. I think Roadhouse 2 will be a lot more successful if it happens as they will have a better idea of what's hapening when (I hope) *Edit - sorry Hils, we are not allowed to mention other events

I've contacted Showmasters about the possibility of doing a collection over the convention weekend. I've also got a signed poster that I won a while back that I've offered to auction off for Misha's charity too. Just waiting for a reply :) Hils

I was actually thinking of doing a couple of things to raise some money over Roadhouse weekend but I'll need to get in touch with Showmasters first and see if it's okay. Watch this space

Actually the convention letters are not sent by recorded delivery, they're just sent by normal first class post. I've not had anything returned as undeliverable yet, so all I can say is that it's still in the postal system somewhere. However, if you placed your order after 2nd August this would not have been posted yet. Ah, okay. Well I guess all I can do is wait and hope it turns up before the weekend. I bought mine the day they went on sale back in December Letter still hasn't arrived and I have now left the address it was being sent to. What's the best e mail address to contact about this? I'll happily print off my own if it can be e mailed to save on secondary postage costs

I'm a bit worried that my letter hasn't turned up and I'm moving out of this house on Saturday. I know they're all sent recorded delivery so is there any way to track it?
