i have to say the young lady giving out VT's for Jonathan Frakes on Saturday - she was being sensible with the rules not being a little Hitler and even though the sign said 1-80 she let me in at number 81 unlike the jobsworth who didnt let us do the same with Robert Pattinson at GMex on the Saturday, even tho we were 1 number off the sign. She was great and very friendly Thank you

the one at the Barbican was excellent, I took loadsa photos,Also went to the one in Paris at the moment (last November ) which has Episode 3 stuff too, it was good but a bit sparce - nice to see all the original costumes too - Natalie Portman must be so small and petite judging by her costumes obiton

Before any one says you should nt post this in this section, I know this shouldnt be here but it was the first one I came to. I just returned from a week end in Birmingham at Collectables, met some wicked guests. I saw the showmasters stand and it got me thinking, why can we not mention Collectables at the ***** on here yet Collectormania is free to advertise at Collectables surely it a sort of double standards - obviously the organisers of Collectables dont mind. Not a rant just an observation. Anyway looking forward to MK next month Obiton

the tv series is a go..er first theres going to be a cartoon series based on the clone wars (sort of CG animation type) and then theres going to be a live action tv show set between epiosde3 and 4.Possibly going live 2007/8 with 100 60minute episodes(so I heard). also making it character based with bounty hunters and Jedi that've heard ofbut dont know much about. I hope itll be good but hope its not like Star Trek Obiton

hi all, i enjoyed myself at the event, thanks to Paul R im in your photo of Tommy Weldon, well thats my back. I parked next to Dean and Tommy and didnt realise who they were till I got in there. Since I hadnt been to one for a few years I thought it was still in Wolsely Hall and waited there for ages till saw Warwick going to the other place. I do think sigange could have been better. I thought the guests were great, I thought Salo was a bit bemused after writing my name on the photo, I had to tell him to write his on it too I thought there could have been a few more stalls though I enjoyed meeting the guests and hope to meet more at subsequent Empire Days keep up the great job jason. I loved the photos from the archive. The only bit that peed me off was the guy who wanted 41 items signing !? !?!! and some guy name dropping to anyone who stood by him, oh well eh Heres to the next one Obiton

I agree more space between stalls, more room between stalls and guests. Better toilets, cheaper carparking or a concession at least. better lighting

I thought the stalls were much of a muchness but they were good because thats what you get at these type of events. GMex was OK,I thought there may be slightly more stalls at MK but dont know, even though they may be more crammed. I personnally enjo MK more because of the whole atmosphere of it. As Ive said in a previous thread this seemed alot like a the Birmingham event, which of course MK doesnt. Dont get me wrong i thought it was good maybe a bit more room needed between guests and stalls and maybe more stalls keep up the good work Sm, looking forward to Empire Day now obiton

we met, Jay laga'aia, john rhys davies, roger lloyd pack, katie leung, stanislav ianevski, we were going o see Robert Pattinson but 'jobs' would nt let us in the queue even though we were only 10 off the number, then he went to lunch and we had to go, next time though they were great guests but john was the friendliest and spent so long with us even started having a go at JCB when she brought him a coffee, which was good Obiton
