I met Nathan. He was very good value. I'm looking foward to my piccys being developed as he posed for a picture which was a thrill and a half. Cheek to cheek with the big man was rather a lovely thing to happen to this gal. Gosh darn, best guest ever, I would say. He is a very handsome man and charming with it. I do hope he gets more features.

Nathan Fillion: "Gail! Stay Shiny!" He is very free with this compliment is he not? Gosh - he is anyones! I also got a series of 11 numbers starting with 07710, funny?! I wonder if thats a reference to the numbers on the firefly space ship? hang on a minute.....

I saw Serenity at the Cinema and loved it. I borrowed a copy of Firefly before the film came out and simply hated the Pilot, and gave up. Some wise wise folk here on the forum advised me to give it another go, which I did, and I am just about to enjoy the last episode. Its very good. Nice to hear Nathan is a gud un to meet. I might get a bit shy though because he is so good looking...

I think that is an excellent thought. The Angel Guests will be big crowd pullers for another 10 years and they should make the most of them while they are young and pretty like your Christian. I have the pleasure of of watching Angel for the very first time right now and I am on series three. Fell in love with Lindsey Macdonald, and would love to see him at a show. I think another Angel convention that shall remain anmeless has had their last event so I think its time for showmasters to take over!

I have wide ranging tastes in TV and film and with the current line up I am not yet tempted to come to C9. but yes, lots of time to go. Fingers crossed.

Hey Hey Hey This is more like it..... mmm Santa gave me Lost Boys on DVD this Christmas as well, good timing.

Theres no guest announced yet that has caused me to commit to going. It is early days. Nathan Fillion from Firefly would do it for me as would any of the chaps from Buffy. While I'm at it, A Team people too. The line up does look good already though even though my tastes are currently not met.

We all want Vin Diesel... in one way or another....

Mission completed. Purchased Firefly on DVD and then 1/2 an hour later clapped eyes on Nathan and Joss at Serenity Premiere and now all that remains is to watch series and the film very soon! Hurrah! Much joy awaits. I am awaiting news now from the HMV signing TODAY! Lets hear some news!

I was in Leicester square last night (on my way to a book talk at Waterstones - yes really) had some time to kill and what better way to spend it than standing outside the Premiere of Serenity! I picked a good spot to stand as I saw Joss and Nathan before I had to go. They were both signing for fans. I was lucky to see Nathan very close up he was v handsome of course. Joss got out of his car first and was greeted by frantic cries of "Joss Joss!" He looked a bit surprised and dashed off to another area to meet his fans. Nathan jumped out his car and shouted "hey!", he was really enjoying himself. useless titbit, but a small insight: Joss was wearing trainers - bless. Always the writer eh?

The dvd was on loan and I couldnt keep it for ever, so it looks like I'll go to HMV on Oxford street and snap it up at that good price! I am very tempted to go to the signing on Thursday, but it would require missing work - which just anit cool, I'm meant to be a grown up now darn it! seeing Nathan Fillion in the flesh is a major calling, however I feel that saying howdie to Joss feels important.

I am crazy in love with Whedon and his creations and looking foward so much to Serenity the movie, but, my shameful secret is that I watched the 1st double episode of Firefly and I didnt like it. Should I persevere?
