  1. John Boyega and Daisy Ridley. £10! Before they get big
  2. The Captain America fan girl. On Sunday, bought from me on two occasions some captain America cards and goodies. Regrettably never got your name, but you said your friends name is Emma.
  3. I've met Bill twice and I find him to be a very very shy person. I mistook his quietness for rudeness but I'm sure that's not the case. He has a Mr Bean-esque shyness about him, where he will smile and nod. However, after talking about X Files for a few mins, and a mate of my loves the x files but didn't go to the event, I got Bill to record a video message for him which he was very much up for. As soon as I told him what to do and held the camera up, he completely changed and went all CSM!! To get a better experience from him, you just need to break him out if his shell a little, hard work yes. But the pay off was fantastic.
  4. Zach Quintos auto, can't see how 75 quid fits, he hasn't 'earned' that price tag when you compare to other legends you've had over the years that charged £20 to £35. Zach isn't legendary status and when you compare him to the other actors on the list he should be the £35 price mark. I have no interest in Karl urban but think he is charging far too much, most people have never heard of him, unless he's expecting judge dredd to be a box office smash hit which I doubt. Going back to your previous list I'd pay 30 quid easily for stan the man Lee. And for 75 quid I would get Christopher Lee. Whom is both legend and well known. Also Ian mcdiarmid has started signing more this year. He signed emperor photos this year which are on the star wars site for around 200 dollars. I think this is a first that he has actually started signing star wars stuff. Harrison Ford also did the same earlier this year.
  5. http://www.usatoday.com/life/comics/2010-1...nity08_ST_N.htm You guys are missing out on this exclusive comic strip called "Downtime" Check it out. Hopefully it will be released as a comic book next year.
  6. Great guests! And I agree the biggest in Europe. With the Entertainment part of it does this mean Michael Biehn will be promoting his new film The Victim which he and Jennifer are already heavily promoting online?
  7. FRANK WELKER! The Guy is an absolute legend in animated series. Though he'd be hard to get. He's always working!
  8. Its 30 years of Friday the 13th. In America a convention re-uniting every major cast member from all the films has been cancelled. Adrienne has invited fans to her house for a Q&A and to watch the original movie. She has also said she would love to do an event in London. But is unaware of our Collectormania/LFCC activities. So please could you ask her to an upcoming event.
  9. John Simm wont do these events. He's very reserved. But he will sign if you see him. (He's doing theatre in Sheffield this Autumn)
  10. Not yet, but he's already over doing rehearsals. I'll be going to the theatre for autographs. They're free!!
  11. August 1998. Blockbuster did 2 videos of Buffy to rent and the article in their monthly magazine looked appealing and they gave it such a good review. So I rented them both out and I have never watched a pilot episode so many times. I couldnt get enough of it. What made it so special was that Darla turned out to be the vampire and also Jesse got killed off. Mainly I was expecting him to be a recurring guest star. I was hooked! following that I sought out other Buffy fans UK and USA based and caught up to the middle of season 3 via video tapes being sent to me, and that was before Sky One finished airing season 2. (Didnt have Sky One at the time) but got it during Sky's run of Buffy season 3 and the rest is history.
  12. Joss Whedon does plan to reveal Sheperd Book's origin one day. In the form of comics from Dark Horse called "A Shepherd's Tale" Joss Whedon will be on-board as a co-writer of the three-issue series, according to editor Scott Allie. It includes how Shepherd Book found God in a bowl of soup, and took his name from a man he killed. This is what Joss had to say last year: "I've done a breakdown of the story. I think Jim Krueger is going to write the actual script. The biggest mystery of what we never got to tell is Shepherd's backstory. Everybody knew there was something more than just being Shepherd in there. And poor Ron Glass came to me during the strike and said, "I'm going to another convention. You've got to give me something." It's been a number of years and they always ask [about Shepherd]. I said, "You know what, it has been long enough and this isn't something I'm going to save for the sequel that may never happen, so we'll make a comic book out of it. Because it's an interesting story, really. It's the single most-asked question: "What's up with Book?" And now we're going to answer that." But we just have to wait, seeing as Joss is busy with Dollhouse.
  13. I would say another Darth Vader.. Hayden! This guest is pretty big. An A Lister. I mean this guest has to warrant a huge pre warning announcement. Not even major stars like philip glenister, keeley hawes, leonard nemoy have had this pre warning of a guest announcement before so its got to be someone a heck of a lot bigger than them. How about zachary quinto. I say ZQ or Hayden Christensen. It would fit in with all the spocks and all the darth vaders we've had this year.
  14. Kurt Russell is a possibility. He does come to London quite often. Dan Ackroyd is a good suggestion. Nice guy apparently, he was in one of Gordon Ramseys restaurants in new york a few weeks ago and got behind the bar and started serving customers their drinks and even signed autographs. The following are notoriously bad for signing. Dont expect to see these announced: Ian McDiarmid, Laurence Fishburne (he denies autographs to OAP's!!), Alan Rickman, Samuel L Jackson and Miranda Richardson.
  15. Personally i think SM/ME should stop running conventions (or at least just 1 or 2 a year) and concentrate on their main attractions Collectormania and London Film & Comic Con. They've bitten off more than they can chew and the events suffer for it. Michael Emerson should be moved to LFCC and the Abrams Inc Con should be cancelled. I can see it being just like Eclipse 3, maybe even worse. Lack of actors and lack of ticket sales. There are just too many events and people cannot afford the tickets/hotels/travel/spending money. This will be Eclipse 3 all over again.
  16. He would make a great guest.. However it would be helpfull if he even heard of Showmasters because according to Daniel he hasn't. Daniel has been here since mid May and I dont get why he wasnt invited to milton keynes a few weeks ago. He asked how I managed to get the signatures on my Lost poster and I told him and he had no idea what Showmasters is or that his fellow cast members have been coming to the UK for signings. I managed to get a lost 10x8 signed, my Lost poster and Angel season 3 dvd. He's only doing personalisations and turns away dealers.
  17. WOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOO More BACK TO THE FUTURE actors. Fantastic job!!
  18. Would it be possible for Michael's wife to also be involved in the signing session assuming she'll be coming along as well?
  19. I voted for sam anderson. Fantastic actor. Though i prefer to have brand new guests come over instead of getting the same ones all the time. Lets have the freighter folk please.
