I had to take an enforced sabbatical from the last couple of shows to deal with personal family issues.   4. Hi there I feel it is now time to clarify a few points as many questons have been asked. First point is that MSPG are still trading and are still accepting pre orders via the re vamped web site http://www.mspgs.com We have had some problems which have primarily been because of me not being too well. The result of me not being well has meant that I have been to hospital, doctors on regular visits which I hope most people can appreciate can take many hours. This said, my time when I am in the office has been taken up trying to rectify old issues. I have ceased trading on ebay and have quickly learned just how much time that place takes up as it has left me far more time to deal with the important issues, that being customer service. I have also stepped down as Chairman of AFTAL to release more time. There are people out there that believe that you are not allowed to ill, and others that are fully supportive, normally because they have been there themselves, that said everyone is entitled to enjoy the experience of a supportive customer service and I apologise for not delivering that. If you have or know someone that still has any issues with MSPG then I urge you to contact mickspring@live.co.uk as I can rectify the situation as quickly as I can. This at the current time is the best way to contact me as I cannot always answer the phones.
