  1. Peggy Cummins. Gun Crazy, Hell Drivers, Night of the Demon
  2. I'd like to add my support for John Boorman. Point Blank is one of my favourite films. Also, would like to meet Alex Cox for Repo Man.
  3. Would like to meet Bruce for Silent Running and The Driver.
  4. "I was number 591 and I got to meet him about 5:30ish... " Don't understand why I was told by a member of staff that Christopher Lloyd would not be signing anymore after I showed him my vq ticket number of 612. Anyway, I'm very happy for you When will you be putting it up on ebay?
  5. Unfortunately i didn't get to meet Christopher Lloyd which was a little disappointing. This might be unpopular but I believe he is too cheap; he should be around the £45 mark. Worth noting that there are already signed items on fleabay while real fans miss out. (Whinge over) Note for people attending on Sunday and hoping to meet Christopher Lloyd; I believe his vq cut off today was around 380 (please correct if wrong) so if you're over that on Sunday then you might have to prepare yourself for disappointment. Picked up a copy of the TEAMFOX poster which is very nice and got got my Blob US 1 sheet signed by Shawnee. Good day but as already noted it was very busy.
  6. Totally agree with all sentiments regarding Clive; great bloke and I was very happy to finally meet him. Got three sigs' on my japanese B2 poster for Hellraiser.
  7. Totally agree with needing more directors, and I'd like to add: Dario Argento; Stuart Gordon; Lamberto Bava; David Cronenberg and Joe Dante. Cheers, Ritchie.
  8. I would also like to meet John Amplas for Martin, Dawn and Day of the Dead.
  9. I know there are other threads asking for John Carpenter, but what the hell......you can never have too many. Anyway, just to let folks know that John attended a con' in the U.S at the beginning of May and apparently was very cool. So, what with all the BTILC guests and John doing one of his first cons' it may well be possible to obtain him for LFCC or CML. What do you reckon? Ritchie. edit for typo in title. typing this on ps3, that's my excuse anyway!
  10. Goblin are a Italian prog' rock band that have a long association of working with Dario that dates back to Deep Red (1975) Here's Goblin's superb theme for Deep Red. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ggxm8aO-uU8...feature=related Ritchie.
  11. I'd love to meet Dario and I have at least five items for him to sign. Also, one or two posts on some U.K horror forums and I reckon you'll have quite a number lining up to meet him. Ritchie.
  12. Just recently got the original on blu-ray and it`s even better in HD. Ritchie
  13. One of my personal favourites of recent years for just being out and out creepy has to be exorcist legion. Written and directed by the original author of the exorcist, Legion is a fine film with some great performances, it`s a very cerebral horror with little blood on show preferring instead to imply the violence and leave it to the viewer`s imagination. Really needs to be watched at night, alone. Ritchie
  14. It was great to finally get to meet Mr Ironside; I've been a fan ever since I saw Scanners in the mid eighties. I very rarely ask guests for personalizations but on this occasion I had to get one for Total Recall and I asked him if he would mind and Michael retorted "as long as it's not to f*cking long" Very cool guest indeed. Ritchie.
  15. Only one guest on the list I wanted to meet this time around. Michael Ironside signed my advance U.S one sheet for Total Recall: "see you at the party". Very happy with it and already got a frame lined up. Also got my French Grande signed for Scanners. Ritchie.
  16. Gary Klar who played steel in Day of the Dead. Edwin Neal - the Hitchhiker in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. Adrienne Barbeau. Another vote to get George Romero back. Ritchie.
  17. Youse two have impeccable taste. My wants list. Dario Argento Wes Craven Stuart Gordon Jessica Harper Barbara Crampton Linnea Quigley Cheers, Ritchie.
  18. Fantastic guest. Surprised nobody's mentioned Cronenberg's Scanners - that's what I'll be getting him for, he is also on the poster, which is nice. For folks that have not seen the film, the chap in the glasses is a scanner and asks for a volunteer from the audience, but unfortunately Michael Ironside volunteers and he happens to be a very powerful scanner. I know people are more desentised in this day and age, but just a courtesy warning about this clip. Head explosion scene from Scanners. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=govdvxBu97c...feature=related Ritchie.
  19. First and foremost I am a poster collector so I've never really been too bothered about who's pictured on the poster I'm getting signed. As long as the poster is an original cinema poster and it's a design that looks cool to me. Lots of room for plenty of sigs' too. However, one idea that I had been toying with was to purchase an original cinema lobby card set, get them all signed, and then have them framed professionally in groups of four. Ritchie.
  20. Have you got a picture of that Ritchie? I'm guessing it's some sort of group shot, and not the standard 'Arnie in the crosshairs' poster? Mike. Sorry for delay in response but that's work for you. The quad does not have a group shot I'm afraid just two pictures of Arnie one of them in thermal predator vison. I have to rumage through a few piles of posters but I will endeavour to post a pic' later. Cheers, Ritchie.
  21. Top draw. Time to dig out my Predator British quad poster and, all being well, start adding some sigs' Ritchie.
  22. Put my vote in for Bill Duke. Would be superb if they can encourage some more of the cast to attend. Ritchie.
