AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW BUGGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Am very dissapointed with this announcement :thumbdown:Have been lucky enough to meet Linda on a couple of occasions I was taking a VERY exited girlfriend to her first Showmasters show to meet and have her photo taken with one of her screen idols from one of her ALL TIME favourite franchises. SO, really it does NOT matter how many hundreds of OTHER quality guests you can get to this show SHE is STILL going to be majorly dissapointed!!!!!!! Now I have the job of telling her that the ONLY reason she wanted to go to the LFCC is no longer attending Something tells me that this will not be the last 'Big-Name' cancellation we have before the show either! Ah well, not SM's fault I suppose. Going to ring her now WISH ME LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I personally cannot fault the quality 'GOT' guests at this event as 'Believe it OR not', NOT everyone is a Dr Who Fan!!!!!!!!!!! If you are lucky enough to be a Who fan then you have ALL been right royaly spoiled over the last couple of years with top, top quality names from the show at many Showmaster events. Spare a thought for us poor Predator fans who have been living on 'scraps' for years!!

An awesome 'Thrones' guest Can't fault this announcement which keeps the fantastic top quality Game Of Thrones cast rolling in The more the merrier. Looking very likely that showmasters are gonna skint me once more this summer

My lovely girlfriend requested the 'flyer' package from you guys some 5 or 6 weeks ago and we still haven't received anything from you Had some prime shops and spots dotted around Swansea and the surrounding area just waiting to accommodate your flyers. We are very keen to promote the Cardiff show and really want it to be a success SO please can you get those flyers to us?

Tidy One of the very few Dr Who people I would travel and see! Nice to see a fresh Who face rather than the same old, same old guests that you only would have heard of if you were a Dr Who fan in the 60s Great guest SM!!!!!!!!!!

I will be unable to attend the whole weekend this year for the first time since "C4" BUT am hoping to visit for a day,IF finances allow Will also be relying on friends to pick up some signed bits and bobs for me So I WILL be calling in a few favours guys ( you know who you are ). Cheers.

That is great news It is nice to see someone of the likes of Showmasters putting their financial clout behind a venture into the uncharted waters that is South Wales!!! Now don't get me wrong, I know there are a few small autograph and comic shows scattered around my home land BUT we are yet to experience anything of the calibre of a Showmasters show. So bring it on guys and I can guarantee you a welcome in the hillsides etc etc Best of all it means that I can attend a top-quality show which is literally a 40 minute train ride away which means NOT getting up at 4 am and travelling for hours and hours down the motorway in a car full of Who fans (Only kidding guys. You know Who you are) lol. I for one will be supporting this show 100% and I hope many, many others will do likewise in order to make this Showmasters venture into Wales a resounding success I guess it will ultimately come down to the guest list and who is able to attend form the word of TV and Film so let's see some big names and fresh faces to pull in the punters and make it a good one 'Diolch Yn Fawr' Jason

Great idea. Had a photo 'on the throne' as it were the last time they wheeled it out in Olympia last year and I must say it was a wonderful little experience which more people should really take full advantage of. At a fiver a pop for a professional photograph it is also an absolute bargain

Love the 'LFCC' shows in London and have not missed one for at least the last six or seven years. Will definitely be attending again this year with friends Will also be introducing my girlfriend to this fantastic event. I just know she is going to be hooked

Mine is not a criticism of ANY of the guests appearing at this show in October. As I am not a big Who fan I thought I'de try and get a rise from my mate 'Red'. Being a certified LOTR 'Nut' I would deffinately love to meet Ian Holm from the first group, Carl Urban from the second and would have a serious problem in deciding between Orlando and Sean. I have gone for Sean Bean in the poll purely for financial reasons BUT would meet Bloom too if he was at a show. bring 'em ALL I say. It's only money after all and you know what they say, "you can't take it with you Go on Jason. Make my day!!!

Dont give a wild sh*te what other people think!! I love going to Showmasters events and have done for many, many years now. If people do not understand why I like to do so then that's their problem, NOT mine As for the press, don't even get me started. Easy targets always get the unwanted attention of the press. That's life i'm affraid. Well done Jason for thinking of the fans first. The same cannot be said for other so called events that i occasionally frequent. That's why Showmasters continue to be the best. End of!!

Attended the show on Saturday and Sunday. I genuinely like the venue and much prefer it to the shopping centre. The only downer was the cold weather (again!) but there's nothing we can do about that. Didnt get soaked by rain which was a bonus! The dealers area was bedlam as per due to the limited space availabe. I can sympathise though as it would be totally impractical to have the dealers area open to the harsh elements! Sunday was much busier than the Saturday and I must say it was a bit of a slog to get about the venue. Had to avoid being run over by numerous prams and buggies and had to dodge the many 'unscheduled' photoshoot in an effort NOT to ruin them! Had a great time and thank you to ALL at the Showmasters organisation

Dont realy bother that much with complicated dedications anymore as they can clutter up the photo and signature as has been mentioned previously on this thread, but I did get the odd couple over the weekend.
