Awesome guest announcement. Have had the pleasure of meeting the legend that is John Hurt on a couple of occasions in the past and I can honestly say that he is one of my favourites. Considering that he is a true acting icon in the world of TV and Film throughout the world, he is very humble and a true gentleman You would be mad to miss this opportunity!!

James would make my Fiancee's year if he attended again!!! She is a relatively late starter to the SM scene so ANY previous Buffy guests would be most welcome again On a purely selfish note................ have I already mentioned SIg Weaver?? Ahh

I agree!! Bring on Bill I would LOVE to meet him as he is one of the very few Aliens cast I have not yet met. Failing that, SIg Weaver would be awesome and would fulfill a lifetimes ambition for me

Very disappointing but not at all surprising. Sean has an uncanny knack of cancelling show appearances for whatever reasons. This is my third failed attempt to meet the good doctor but I will persevere Any chance you lovely people at SM could give Gina Torres a bell to see if she is available instead? .

I currently have 15 tattoos. I have various themes but my right lower leg is dedicated to the Dark Knight movie villains...consisting of Bane, Two-Face, The Joker, Scarecrow and R'as Al Ghul in black and grey. I also have a Joker card on the back of my neck as a homage to the late great Heath Ledger. I'm thinking of starting a Predator or Tarantino themed sleeve on my left arm...finances allowing !!!!

I wouldnt worry about it to be honest. The chances of England reaching the final is slim at best. Snowballs and Hell spring to mind actually! I personaly do not think The World Cup Final will impact on LFCC in any way. You either come to the show OR you spend the day in front of the goggle box watching the build up to a game involving two countries you have no connection with whatsoever! I know where I will be on the Sunday anyway

He was only killed in the comics. They haven't said what story line the new trilogy will follow. So I can guess it is before he is blown up in the comics Im sure they are discounting any stories from books and comics but I could be wrong. Yes, they've said the Sequel Trilogy will be an original story. Yes, have heard this too. No links to the comics or books. A completely new story which in my humble opinion is the correct way to go with the franchise

While I welcome the chance for Stan Lee fans to have ANOTHER chance to meet their idol and have their photo taken with him I find myself wondering (and worying) how much time are these numerous EXTRA photo shoots going to eat into Stan's autograph time ? I myself ONLY attend the shows for the autographs and do not participate in any photo shoots. My fiancee on the other hand ONLY attends for the photo shoots, so as you can see we normally both attend with a mutual agenda What worries me slightly is my chances of meeting Stan myself and getting his precious signature when he will be so obviously thinly spread throughout the show, throughout the weekend. I hope my missgivings amount to nothing. I hope !

Nice to see Peter back. Have met him on a few occasions in the past with varying results All I can say is if you are a Star Wars fan and you havent met Peter before then you deffinately should. It's Chewbacca for crying out loud!!

John was one of my 50/50's for this years show. Now the decision has been taken out of my hands

I now always take my own 10"x 8" photographs to be signed by the guests just in case the image I want isnt there on the desk. Had problems a number of years ago getting a Paul McGann on an Alien 3 shot (probably why I have met him so many time and have his signature on so many 'other' shots!) SO now I always bring my own, just in case As quality goes, I normaly take the photos supplied by SM as they are a slightly better quality than what I can get my hands on. Saying that, I have left guests in the past due to a poor selection of 10" x 8"s

OK, I get it, FREE parking is always good, BUT, free parking or not, you need a space to park your vehicle when you arrive at a venue. In my opinion the parking situation on the Saturday morning was chaotic at best and the only word I can use to describe it is shambolic!! Now, don't get me wrong, I am NOT the kind of guy to moan for the sake of it, and I have been attending the Milton Keynes shows for many, many years and my experience with the parking on the Saturday would never put me off attending future shows. What did annoy me was the fact that I saw only ONE parking attendant (who was clueless may I add) and I ended up on what seemed to be a working building site at the back of the stadium with a dead end All that said, once I eventually got inside and met the guests the frustration of the previous half hour seemed to melt away So, no, the parking situation did not spoil the Showmasters experience for me BUT I do think it is something that may need addressing in future events at Stadium MK, FREE or NOT!

What's wrong with having Game Of Thrones guests?? Makes a change from having Dr Who and Star Wars monopalise the proceedings as normal Believe it or not, it is quite a popular show at present Perhaps you should give it a go??
