I missed my alien talk on my diamond pass as I was in the hell that was level 2 and 3 took me an hour to get down and find talk after being sent the wrong way twice my less than competent staff So I'd like my money back please How do I go about this ??

I got there at 07.50 glad to see barrier queuing you know the kind snaking up and down last time I was here was when Gillian Anderson was there and there was a near riot with people pushing in and lines merging so well done there SM Olympia staff were good loud and clear no issues Got in just after 9 Had to collect Diamond pass and special help voucher for disabled child asked 4 crew each gave me a different answer eventually found it but not sure why special help voucher located up stairs ! As it's predominately for disabled people yes there were lifts all with massive queues So collected pass and voucher once there v easy Photoshoot for prop loader asked where no one had any idea found it myself nearly missed it as hundreds of people descended and no discernible line blooming nightmare Level 3 very kool a blessed relief but had to wait an hour to get down was dangerous. And Olympia staff knew it and stopped people coming up Air con with the exception on level 3 the whole place was like an oven Now I get this kinda thing is the devils own to organise but why oh why have two massive stars SW and MJF in a room off a narrow corridor nxt to each other hundreds and hundreds descended on this space for autos and photos again no obvious Que. Again dangerous we were all at a standstill in oven temps how people weren't fainting I don't know surely a big sign to say Q here diamond only or whatever other to come back at such an such time I feel very sorry for those crew luke did a Stirling job All in all I got what I needed but it was a fight under very difficult conditions If you are wanting a big name and you have not got a diamond or a gold you have no hope

QS Store contacted me to say my order has been updated (that was cara) I replied and said thanks very much and I replied again middle of last week to ask has it been posted yet. As yet no reply. My worry is it doesn't come I rock up on Saturday and you say well we sent it and good ru £400 quid although I do have the confirmation on my phone

Hey Like the title says no SW pass as yet. Now I know there was an address issue with my particular pass which was rectified (shop emailed me to say all was fine), It was ordered within 90 minutes of the announcement and my confirmation states batch 1 so I guess I'm no. 1- 170. I'm just a little surprised that after paying £400 weeks ago there has been nothing further. Now it seems I may have to collect my pass on the day which I'm sure will involve more delay and more queuing which kinda negates the whole reason for spending out on the darn thing in the first place. 😞😞😞

Although as we are all going in together with exception of gold it will be a bit more cramped. Always enjoyed the early bird as got a chance to have a relatively shove free browse before the masses at 11am
