Thanks for that. So it's a paper pass that gets marked off. Ok. I'm still debating between either getting one of these or going for the Buzz photo shoot and the other astronauts group shot ... I'm afraid the drinks reception doesn't appeal to me, so that's not going to swing it!

Can anyone tell me how this pass works in practice - do you get 10 tokens/vouchers for your photos?

That's good, but I'm only getting in at 11, which is when the talk is due to begin. So I'd need to go straight there and knowing where I need to go would be very helpful.

So we know where the Organisers Booth is, but what about the talk area for the talk tickets? (I want to head straight there as soon as I get in to try and make The Goodies talk)

The talk tickets are handed out before hand, but there are usually places left for the earlier talks so you should be able to sneak in the back easily. However just be aware that it will take time to get your admission and get in to the event itself, so get there early to make sure your closer to the front of the standard entry queue. Ok. I've never been to one of these things before, so I could do with some advice. I was planning on attending on the Saturday, but just going for standard entry after 11, as I didn't want to see any of the 'big' names. But now I see there's going to be a Goodies talk at 11 which I would like to attend. Would I be able to get in at 11 and go straight to the talk? Would there even be tickets left for the talk by then? Any advice would be much appreciated.
