Hi, if you are having trouble with the email address here are the two addresses you can send you information to info@collectormania.com or info@showmasteronline.com. Which ever one gave you the error try the other one.

Hi All, Just to let you all know that all the photos have now been matched up and posted out. I have answered the majority of queries sent in but I still have some to do which I will finish off in the next couple of days. Please can I ask you to allow 2 weeks for your photos to arrive in case of postal delays, if by then you haven't received your photo or you have not received an email from me saying that your photo has had to be reprinted, please email me at info@collectormania.com along with your address details a description of what you was wearing in your photo or send a recent photo of yourself and the name of the guest your photo was taken with. I would like to thank Evie_Nitram for helping me to get the photos matched up and posted out and to Showmasters for being there if we needed there support and help. Many thanks Julie

Hi All, Just to let you all know where we are with getting the photos out. The majority of photos are now matched up. The first batch went out in the post yesterday, there will another batch going in the post later today. The rest of the matched up photos will be going out in the post over the weekend. I understand that alot of you have emailed in, I have replied to some of the emails, please don't think that I am being rude if I haven't got back to you yet, as our priority has been to get the photos out and any that are bad to get Showmasters to reprint them. I will reply to all the email queries which I will finish off over the weekend. I would just like to say thanks to everyone for being so patient with us as we have had a hugh amount to get through. I will post on here again over the weekend to let you know when we have finished the photos and when all the email queries have been answered. Many thanks Julie

Hi All, As Evie_Nitram has said we have a very big task on our hands, please be patient with us. I will post here to let everyone know once we have start posting out the photos. As Jason has said here on the forum if for any reason your photo didn't get printed at the show or it gets lost in the post, it will be replaced by Showmasters. Many thanks Julie

Sometimes when we do the matching up we are able to spot people if they have filled in more than one form. This will have been the case with your photos. Am surprised that you were asked to pay twice, as you can fit more than one photo in the envelopes. It may have been down to an inexperienced crew member as normally the photo distrubution crew do advise that you can have your photos posted together.

Hi All, As the title says here is an update. For those who left their details at the show and are UK based all the photos have now been posted. For anyone abroad this post is going out tomorrow. I am currently working through the queries and will be emailing anyone who's details I have not been able to make out on the description forms. Please can I ask you to allow up to 2 weeks for your photos to arrive in case of delays in the post. If after that you have not received your photos please contact me through the following email address info@collectormania.com. Please can I ask when emailing in can you include your address details the name of the guest and the day at the show your photo was taken on and a good description of yourself or attach a recent photo. Hi All, Just to confirm what Evie Nitram has said we are both working on getting the photos out. The first batch will be in the post tomorrow. Please can I ask everyone who is waiting for photos to be paitent with us. At this show we didn't have the time to match all the photos up to the photo shoot description sheets like we normally do so we have had extra work to do on top of having to write out all the addresses on the envelopes. If you left the show at the weekend and have realised that you forgot to pick up your photos from the photo distribution tables, please can you send an email to info@collectormania.com along with your address details and a picture of yourself, your details will get forwarded on to me. Once all the photos have been posted out I will post another message here on the forum so please give us a couple of weeks to get it all done. Hi All, Just a note to let you know that I posted the photos that we had name and address slips for on 30th November and 1st December. I would advise anyone who's photos haven't yet arrived to wait at least another week before contacting showmasters, as there are lots of delays with the post. Hope this is helpful to all. A big thank you to all the crew who I worked with in Photo Shoots and Photo distribution on Saturday and in the signing pit on Sunday. Thanks also to fellow PB Idris in photo shoots on Saturday, Danielle the photographer great to to work with you at last this year, Rhi for looking after the Photo distribution and to the other PB's Nick and kelly in the signing pit on Sunday. Also thanks to Too Tall, Mara and all the other PB's for your support over the weekend, and last but not least all the other crew who work behind the scenes and to SM Towers for a great weekend.
