David Messina, the comic artist of STAR TREK COUNTDOWN

The Powers That Be have all been pretty busy for the last week or so, but I'm sure they'll get around to it soon. The sooner the better, actually; I'm itching to book my photo shoot. thank you very much

I know that it will be impossible, but I would like to meet in LFCC11 the comics artist David Messina, who realized STAR TREK COUNTDOWN, which is related to the last movie of Star Trek. He is a great artist and a great person in live, he is very gentle with all the persons and he likes to make a design with his autograph on the copies of the comics which sells at the conventions.

Why isn't Brent's photo on the first page of the official website of this event?

I had the impression that he had a huge mass of fans, and that the queue was infinite! perhaps he was only tired, I mean, I don't think that there was anything of personal, and he cannot understand that there are a lot of persons in the world who earn less than him. He acts as a Hollywood star sometimes...

Brent is sometimes so funny and sometimes so "ironic". It depends upon his state of mind. I have had a personalisation, but only "To Chiara". He said to me that I was the "13th Chiara" whom he met, but he couldn't understand how was the exact spelling of my name, so I wrote it on a piece of paper!

The exact name of this fantastic CD is: DREAMLAND Unfortunately I cannot come to this convention, due to my job, but I hope that Brent will bring some copies for you all!

yes, you could be right... for example, there is LFCC in summer, and nobody knows who will come... perhaps too many events in a single year could generate confusion in the fans...

Easter is good for us teachers... but now it is very difficult to choose where to go.... It depends obviously from the guests, I like, for example, Star Trek, X Files, Lost, Smallville, NCIS. I f there would be a big guest, I could think to go.

I begin to admit that in my opinion this series seems to be more a cartoon than a real series, because the heroes have a superficial personality, and the director dedicates to everybody only a few minutes in a scene, so I have a lot of difficulties to follow the logical sense of the happenings, and in every episode there is a new "epiphany" (in the sense of Joyce) that is a shock for me. I admire the characters of Claire and of Peter, perhaps if I would be an hero, I would have the ability of Peter to absorb into him the special powers of the others, so I would be potetially the most powerful of the group, if I could dominate my powers correctly. In fact, my secret dream was always to be similar to Storm (X men)!

I have written it, because I have read that Charlie - Dominic Monaghan - was a guest of LFCC 2007, and I suppose that another big guest from Lost could participate in LFCC 2008... it is only an hypothesis...

if we can have only 5 guests, they can be: 1. Jack - Matthew Fox 2. John - Terry O'Quinn 3. Claire - Emilie de Ravin 4. Kate - Evangeline Lilly 5. Desmond - because he is already in the list. However, I am dubious, because I know that during the summere there will be another great convention, LFCC, in London and perhaps one of these actors could come in July.... does anybody know something about this possibility? thank you very much
