Usually you have to show the email and an ID to collect the press pass. There's a maximum of two people for each outlet and their names are on the "press pass". As long as your name is on the press pass and you can provide the letter of accredition and an ID you should be fine, no matter if the other person can join you or not. However, usually they also have a list with all the names and outlets and an ID should be enough - however, this is only my experience as someone who as been granted press passes in the past. Sorry for asking again. I would just like to confirm how to proceed. I wouldn’t want to apply a second time, flooding the mail box and being put on a black list, should there be another error occuring or not. Is there anything new on this topic? Thanks :)

Hello, this is not a request for a press pass, but it seems there is a bug in the form. A few weeks ago, I already tried to contact the person, with whom I am usually in touch concerning all Showmasters press matters, but I haven’t received a reply. As time is slowly running out, I hope someone on here can help. I sent a press pass request for London Comic Con Spring and received an error message. (I also have a screen shot of the message). The form itself said, that the request had been sent, but the page also said that there had been a connecting error. Therefore, I am not sure whether the request was really sent. Can please someone confirm and/or report the bug?

I am sorry for writing but I am a bit worried right now. My sister and I ordered a photo shoot for Alan Tudyk each on 24th February. On 1st July we decided to take our chance with the upgrade to the Diamond Pass, as we are interested in an autograph and the talk anyway. So we bought a Diamond Pass each and sent the shop the info accordingly to the post here on the forums and to the e-mail address given in the post as well. As we hadn’t heard back I decided to contact the shop again on 5th July, the day of the deadline. However, I still haven’t heard anything about the upgrade neither have we received the refund for the photo shoot. As I can imagine the shop is quite busy with the recent announcements, but I am starting to get worried a bit as there isn’t so much time left. Are we still fine or do we really have to worry? :-s

Hi there, I was wondering when the Absentee Packs were / will be sent out, as I have still not received the 2 that I ordered a few weeks before the event. As pre-ordered autographs from a previous Collectormania were in my mail only a few days after the event, I start to worry about what might have happened to the Chevron autographs Thanks and kind regards.

Same here. Unfortunately missed this one. Hope I'll be there next time. Great announcements already. Did they drop a date and a venue for Chevron 8.3 as well? Curious about it.

Hello, as there are currently no absentee packages available from the online store, I wonder if there even will be any offered for Chevron 8.2 this year. My sister and I will miss out on this one unfortunately but would have happily bought an absentee pack. So I am just curious about this. Thanks and kind regards shadow

- was für Erfahrungen habt ihr mit der Koordination der Shoots gemacht? Je mehr man hat, umso eher können sich die Shoots kreuzen Hatte bislang erst einmal einen Clash, wo ich das Foto verpasst hatte. Aber selbst bei der mittlerweile "berühmt berüchtigten" LFCC 2014, die ja doch sehr groß war - und zugegeben auch hektischer als die bisherigen - hab ich letztlich alles bekommen, was ich wollte, trotz Clash. Einfach mit der Crew reden, die regelt das - wann werden die Tickets ungefähr nach Dtl verschickt? Erfahrungswerte find ich irgendwie besser, als mich auf eine generelle Aussage zu verlassen, die unter dem Bestellvorgang steht und evtl nur innerhalb des UKs gilt Unterschiedlich. Bei mir warens bislang meist zwischen 2-4 Wochen nach Bestellung, dass die Tickets eintrafen. Es wird ja jedes Mal verschickt, wenn du was bestellst. Sammeln und alles kurz vorm Event auf einmal verschicken ist nicht. - Wie geht ihr auf eure "Shootings" zu? Stellt ihr euch bloß dahin, macht das Foto und geht wieder oder redet ihr kurz mit den Gästen? Habt ihr spezielle Posen? Ich find es immer irgendwie komisch den- oder diejenige zu bitten eine bestimmte Pose zu machen. Aber wer nicht fragt, bekommt nicht, was er sich wünscht Kommt immer auf den Gast an ^^ Ich bin in der Hinsicht auch nicht sonderlich kreativ. Viel Zeit zum Reden hat man ja auch nicht. Cool ist es, wenn die Gäste selbst Posen vorschlagen - ich bin dabei Robert einen Brief zu schreiben, um ihn persönlich zu übergeben. Wäre da eher das Shooting der passende Zeitpunkt oder wenn er signiert bzw bei seinem Panel? Beim Photo ist da keine Zeit. Foto ist: >> Hallo, (posen), Knips, Tschüss.<< Klar gibt es auch entspanntere Shoots bei den Gästen mit weniger Ansturm, aber wenn Brief, dann beim Autogramm

Ach ich wart jetzt einfach mal ab. Der ein oder andere interessante Gast für mich ist schon dabei, aber die Erfahrung hat gezeigt, dass ich meist aufgrund zu vieler guter Gastankündigungen meine ursprünglichen Pläne ohnehin ne Woche vorher nochmal über den Haufen werfe. In den "Horror-Warteschlangen" werden wir uns allerdings nicht sehen. Ich schleich eher bei den Sci-Fi-Leuten herum ^^ Verkleidung hab ich für die LFCC vor drei Jahren aufgegeben- und da war es auch nur die "Stargate"-Uniform. Die meisten meiner Cosplays sind mir aber auch zu wertvoll und zu aufwändig, um sie mitzuschleppen. Da gibt es andere Gelegenheiten Was jetzt nicht heißen soll, dass ich irgendwen vom Cosplayen abhalten möchte

Wir (Mum, meine Schwester und ich) sind auch wieder dabei. Wir reisen allerdings schon am Mittwoch an, um noch was von der Stadt zu sehen. Rückflug ist auf Montag gebucht. Kenn auch noch ein paar Leute, die entweder wieder kommen oder zumindest überlegen wieder zu kommen. Deutschland ist ja mittlerweile doch recht gut vertreten auf dem Event
