  1. You probably won't be in C as you didn't buy within the first 2 days. Go with D and remember to look at the schedule so you know where the D groups need to be and when.
  2. Mrs Baggins, unfortunately the office people have been inundated with emails, I believe it's been said in other threads that anyone who got their ticket 2 days after they went on sale should be in the D group.

    Thanks Enty, in that case she will definately need ID. Hopefully the mods will be able to help as I'm not sure.

    Can you elaborate on your how you booked etc: Did she book her own ticket, if you booked the ticket and are attending as well, I don't think your daughter will need ID. From the FAQ: I booked item(s) for someone else but they’re booked in my name, will this be an issue? Due to tickets being non-transferable we will be asking for ID at the event when picking them up. If you have bought items for someone else and you will also be attending the event, this is fine, you will just pick up all of the items at once.

  7. One of the chaps I work with is running the marathon and said they will be registering between Wednesday to the end of the day Saturday. He estimates that the majority of people will register Saturday but as there are thousands running it even if it means only a small number of those go Friday it will still be busy. Re the car park who can guess. Most runners probably come from all accross the country so I'd think would be travelling by train but again, that's only a guess.
  8. Another additional question to that is what will they sign, will there be 10x8s available for the production crew ?You'll get priority entry. There will be 8x10 of Steven and Sue to buy. Would I be able to get Sue to sign the 8x10 to buy and Moffat to sign my own 8x10? As far as we are avarw other than only 1 auto only there are no restrictions on what they will sign so if you want to bring your own you can.
  9. That's why I'm hopeful it's doable. If I can get through the first few things quickly there's potentially 30 mins between Ben's shot and either Andrew's or the talk. I'm hopeing to get a couple of auto's then.
  10. I'm hopeing that with the new schedule if I can get through a couple of the shoots quickly I might have time to get a couple of auto's as well.
  11. It probably won't be a problem but it's best to check with the crew in the queue line before you get to the front, so they can check it and decide.
  12. When you go into the shoot there will be a table to put your stuff on which you then collect on the way out. Not sure about your sign, can you explain?
  13. Auto's should be fine, if you've got 15 mins here and there just try and get one guest and before you know it you'll be through them. It does help a bit that Ben and Mark are scheduled but means you will have to go for Marks then or you won't get it.

For anyone who hasn't seen the email sent out tonight I thought I'd point out, because it can be easy to miss the small details, that Registration will happen on the main concourse outside S5 (IIRC from previous visits, the entrances all have large square 'boxes' with their ID details on above the doors so just look for them. We aren't going to get lost inside anyway but just to hopefully make it easier. Additionally regarding the goody bags it says: heMost importantly you will be able to collect all your goodies that are included in your package from the dedicated goodie bag pick up points located inside the hall! So, register in the hall outside, get your packs from somewhere inside. Reg times for Sat/Sun The Registration Desk will re-open at 8am on Saturday and will remain open until the event closes at 6pm. On Sunday the Registration Desk will again be open from8am.

  18. That's a real shame Tweetie, sorry you have to miss the event. Unfortunately all tickets are non refundable and non transferable. Whilst i'm not knowledgeable on employment law I'm sure your work should be paying you for the cost of the tickets you bought if they have made you cancel your holiday. I don't believe you should incur the loss of money through no fault of your own.
  19. I've tried putting the schedule on a chart again but am having trouble doing this one. I think I'm just going to print it out in colour tomorrow and cover over the bits for the other groups - it'll be a lot less time consuming!
  20. That should be fine Dooku, it's what I'll use - you can't really get more official than a driving licence.

  24. They have said Golden that you cannot go to anoter day. You can go to other same day sessions if you have to but as Mark only has the 1, mine and others conclusions is that we are going to go to Marks, hope they get us through and skeedadle to Ben's talk. The mods and LFCC veterans think we will get through OK as they have a very quick processign rate and should be aware that we need to go to the talk. Just let the crew know you have a talk ticket and get there for the start if you can.
