The one thing that is a no no is home made food so it's advisable to keep clear of that. I've seen people give a wide range of gifts in the past but it's all down to the person giving it really. Sometimes it's related to the work they have done, sometimes not. If you are buying gifts make sure you don't spend a lot of money on it. The reality of giving gifts to guests is that, especially for the overseas visitors, they can't take it all home so a lot of it may not be taken away.

No, set shots are not included, it's just the standard ones, excluding the people you mentioned for the lower packages. You will be able to buy any set shoots you want when they go on sale though.

Vernus, forum rules state that you aren't allowed to mention other organisers/events so you might want to edit your post to say "My worst was at another event". The mods will edit it anyway if they see it but just to let you know.

If you do, get there as early as you can and go straight in and get a VQ ticket for him. Then as Queen Sindel said you can go off and spend your day looking at other things and just keep checking back to see when your number comes up. Alternatively if you had a photo shoot with him you will definitely get it as they know how many they can get through as it's a very precise operation, so they don't sell more than they can do. It is very quick, you on;y get a moment with him but unless something happened you would definitely get your picture, and there's always the pre order service for his auto if you wanted to go that route.
