Ah poo, thought I came up with a good idea then Before the last 2 Chevrons, I never really bothered with the parties so didn't take much notice of the themes.

Have we had a Wizard of Oz or 200 (episode) themed party at these events yet? If we had a 200 party people could dress as zombies, private investigators, characters from Farscape, Star Trek, The Wizard of Oz, Wormhole X-Treme and of course Stargate. Maybe even Thunderbirds characters too, or other puppets Firefly and possibly other shows/films were mentioned too so that leaves even more possibilities

Agreed. Love SG-1 but would be nice to meet more Atlantis and Universe guests too.

I actually don't remember her from Stargate But I googled and remember her character from Voyager

Definitely need someone from Universe, the Universe guests I've met so far have been great Some from Atlantis would be nice too, the last con only had SG-1 guests and it would be nice to have a better balance between the different shows this time.

I just watched it again and actually enjoyed it a lot more the second time. Still, there were some bits I have an issue with though. I didn't like that they wasted the opportunity to tell a decent wartime story with Hitler, or the flying robots that were going around killing people. Also, if Amy was able to use the sonic screwdriver to turn everyone's bracelets red, why not keep hers and Rory's green, or turn them back to green afterwards?

I'm still watching it too. I like it, but it's a bit too American for my liking, which would be fine if it wasn't Torchwood or another British show. Hopefully it gets renewed for another series and it is moved back to the UK, but even then it may not feel like proper Torchwood as most of the main characters are dead.

I only just got round to watching it and to be honest wasn't that impressed I didn't like Mels either, not sure if it was the character or the acting, maybe both. Disappointing episode though, I was really looking forward to it

I'm annoyed with myself now - I went to his talk but I didn't get an autograph from Robert as I didn't realise he'd been in Star Trek. I didn't realise either until I saw him in an early episode of TNG a few days ago.

Zachary Quinto is awesome, but £75??? That's a crazy amount for anyone in my opinion, but certainly for someone who's only really known for 2 recent roles, even if they were popular. I'd love to meet him, and he's probably the only actor from new trek that I'd actually be willing to pay to meet, but certainly not at that price.

It was the album cover for Queen II, and then reused for Bohemian Rhapsody a couple of albums later I've actually seen a t-shirt that had the design on it, only it wasn't Queen, it was Stormtroopers I'll see if I can find it. Edit: Here it is along with the original:

Just trawled back through the thread to find your link. 'Fraid not. The images you embedded in the post are fine but not the FB link. I'm guessing you have to be a member to see anything on FB and I'm not signed up. Interesting as the embedded images are from the facebook album.
