As you will see a number of the big guests have two photo shoots, an AM and a PM shoot. We have tried to give an estimate of which batches will be called in the AM shoot. "Likely" = There is a good 70-95% chance of joining the AM shoot. You should definitely go along. "Possible" = There is a 40-70% chance of joining the AM shoot. You should look at going along but don't expect to get in. This is only an estimate, there is no way of knowing for sure. If you are 2 or 3 batches outside the AM estimate it might be worth checking 10 minutes from the end of the shoot if you can come through. All other batches will be called in the PM shoot. If you have a major clash with a paid talk please talk to the crew who will do their best to get you through the AM shoot. Diamond Pass Guests: Diamond pass holders will be called in first, this will be in pass order (the passes will have numbers on them). Then Gold Pass holders will be called. Gold Pass Holders: If there are more than 50 of you we will have to look at calling you in ticket batch order, you will still go in before the standard pass holders, just in batch order within the gold pass holders. THURSDAY 26TH JULY Grand Hall Entrance – Olympia Way – opposite Kensington Olympia Station Gold Pass, Diamond Pass, 3 Day Tickets, 3 Day YALC pass Collection. All of the above passes can be collected at the above entrance between 3pm and 8pm. This is not mandatory and only offered as an extra service. The show is not open on this day so there no access to any of the halls. Pass collection will be on a first come first served basis. FRIDAY 27TH, SATURDAY 28TH AND SUNDAY 29TH JULY Grand Hall Entrance – Olympia Way – opposite Kensington Olympia Station Gold Pass Entrance Olympia Main Reception – on Hammersmith Road YALC Entrance ________________________________________________________________________________ Olympia West Entrance – in Blythe Road Extra Help Entrance for Day tickets & 3 Day Ticket holders ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Olympia West - Gate H – in Blythe Road Main Entrance – Day Tickets, 3 Day Tickets, Diamond Pass Collection and Pay On The Day (subject to availability) Olympia West Entrance and Gate H will open for queuing at the following times Friday 8.00am Saturday 7.00am Sunday 7.30am If you have a Gold Pass and Diamond passes - you should go to the Gold Pass entrance and your Diamond Passes will be held with your Gold passes. You do not need to go to both places. If you have a YALC, or Gold ticket and require extra help, there will be extra help points at both of those entrances so you should go there first.

AM & PM shoots: If you have already bought your photo shoot ticket you are very likely to be called in the AM shoot. But as always if you can not make the AM shoot you are free to go to the PM shoot instead. PHOTO SHOOT CLASHES: As always if you find you have a clash... Go to the photo shoot that ENDS first, and let the crew know you need to go to the other shoot. They will do their best to get you through this first one quickly. Saturday Sunday
