The photoshoot is £30 (am I right?). I would budget that the autograph would be the same, and if it's less then you have a spare bit of pocket money :)

Mexxme are you staying at the Hilton? I usually pay at reception when I check out. There are a couple of machines to pay for parking too.

This is true. SM/ME will only announce guests once contracts are finalised and signed.

To me, the price is per JPEG. As for size, I'm not sure.

These topics are always tough, especially when the new film is just out. Mine would have to be (in no particular order): - Xavier Samuel - Casey LaBow - Lee Pace - Rami Malek - Elizabeth Reaser (she just shone in BD2) To be honest, I'll be happy with anyone we get :)

Car parking is £7 per night per car

The guests said they wanted to come, so hopefully they'll be able to. It's all down to agents and contracts and other legal mumbo-jumbo that takes time.

You never know how long it takes for guests to be booked. They could announce people tomorrow if they had contracts signed and returned. You could potentially have 2 / 3 guests announced at once. I know some people want to see which guests are announced before buying tickets, and that is understandable, but patience is needed too. I can't wait to see who they get for this one considering, that now the films are over, the guests should be more available to attend, giving more scope for guests than SM/ME have had before :)

I'm guessing they are still sorting out contracts etc before they announce them as actually attending. Jason said at ET8 that these guests had asked to come and they would look at booking them when they decided that ET9 would happen.

Yes!! Met him at CM-Gmex years ago and didn't get a photoshoot with him. Time to fix that methinks

Collectormania, LFCC and EMS sometimes get some really good Trek guests, so it's worth checking those out :-) Forum rules say we can't mention events by other organisers on here though, sorry.

I did notice that one of the photographers over the weekend didn't check the photos once she took them - just snapped and 'next, please'. Apparently quite a few people had issues with her photos, which I'm guessing could have been avoided if she checked what she had taken.

Too Tall has had an exhausting job of doing the crew rotas for EMS this weekend so once this weekend is over I'm guessing he'll finish the ET schedule. It could be any time before the event

I couldn't make this event due to uni work and money etc. Let's see what I missed out on!! Post those photos!

It's usually the week leading up to the con, but there will be a copy in your reg pack at the event itself. TT works like a trooper putting it all together :-)

I'm a guy and I've been going since ET2. It's been great watching to number of guys attending grow from a handful at ET2 to quite a few at ET7. He won't be alone at all

You can buy extra autograph tickets at the event if that is easier.
