  1. 9/10 My first autographica and it was great can't complain about that. The hotel though was a bit shabby and service wasn't great for a 5* hotel and it was a bit pricey! (£15 for breakfast is a bit much!)
  2. I'll need fair bit as I want all the astronauts (including Buzz Aldrin) and cosmonauts!
  3. CLOSE THE IRIS! Report to the gate room. Get the President on the line, General Hammond's coming to town!
  4. This may sound daft but on Sunday morning the clocks go back an hour to GMT. So will event times be BST for Saturday and GMT for Sunday? I'm just checking as I don't want to get up late on Sunday! (or would that be too early?)
  5. No consipiracy exists, man did go to the moon. As well as the hard work that went into getting to the moon in the first place (not just Project Apollo but Project Mercury & Gemini and other associated projects) and those whose lost their lives in the process, the Apollo astronauts left experiments on the moon some of which are still working to this day!
  6. Yes absolutely no question whatsoever I would pay £90.
  7. While initially I booked tickets because of Buzz Aldrin I voted 'space' as I am very pleased Scott Carpenter in going to be there. I shall be getting all the astronauts and cosmonauts autographs!
  8. You don't no what you're missing! (or missed it was actually first broadcast in the late seventies! ) OK the sets were a bit wobbly but which sci-fi series hasn't got wobbly sets! And Paul Darrow's character Avon was probably the best character in the series, you never quite knew who's side he was on!
  9. Already met LeVar at LFCC1 and he was a great guest to meet!
  10. Blimey, I didn't think he did signings. Well I just goes to show you doesn't it! Shame I can't go but its much too far for me.
  11. Definitely Denise Crosby. The nicest guest I've ever met!
  12. Bring him back. Weren't to bothered when he was a hobbit but LOST is great! By the way to which Collectormania did he turn up at before?
  13. Too far for me and I have Michael Shanks, Danny John Jules and John Rhys Davies' Autographs already. I hope it is a great event for anyone who is going though.
  14. Maybe for the next Autographica? That would be great.
  15. That's true I never thought I get the chance to meet Buzz Aldrin and Scott Carpenter.
  16. This would be great if it were possible but I'm not sure if it is. Also see: My reply about Neil Armstrong on this forum.
  17. Here are a few guest suggestions for Autographica. Wally Schirra (Project Mercury - Sigma 7) Sally Ride (First American Woman in Space) Helen Sharman (First Briton in Space) Colin Pillinger (Beagle 2) Valentina Tereshkova (First Woman in Space)
  18. I'm afraid Mr Armstrong doesn't do public signings anymore and hasn't since 1994. Similarly Michael Collins would also be difficult to get for signings and I'm not sure that any of them would or have signed together since the Apollo press conferences in '69 (please correct me if I'm wrong). P.S. Good sources of information on the American Astronauts are : 'A Man on the Moon' by Andrew Chaikin 'Moondust' by Andrew Smith and 'From the Earth to the Moon' - TV Series (by Tom Hanks)
  19. I'm going to get all the astronauts and cosmonauts.
