When my Sean Maher refund eventually came through I got an email notification from SM and the funds then turned up in my bank in the next couple of days. I'm presuming Pedro and Dormer's will be the same. Just waiting on that email

For e-tickets I wasn't referring to entry at all. I think they're only really needed for photo shoots as the online store could be open for longer leading up to the event or even during the event itself. I do agree though that the handstamps are not ideal though

Glad to hear Saturday will now be pre-paid only as the sheer volume of people made my Saturday much less fun. I just did all my shoots and autos and sat down in the YALC area during any downtime for a much needed rest instead of socialising or shopping. I would also suggest looking into e-tickets for buying shoots as the sales queues are often long and slow on Friday and sat. With so many guests being announced last minute or cancellations freeing up space for other people in your budget at this show it would be nice to remove the hassle. I would have loved to switch my Finn Jones shoot for a Gethin & Finn shoot once Gethin was announced but did not want to spend half my day in a sales queue. This would also stop the problem of tickets not arriving in the post & having to wait hours to talk to someone on the sales desk to resolve it as I saw one couple did on Friday night. I know this would require buying expensive scanner equipment Etc but I really do feel it would improve customer experience. Plus the sales queue takes up a lot of much needed space

Good point, and yes. We'll certainly make sure the info is available in the main hall, on a white board etc. We may make announcements, but I know from experience they aren't easy to hear. But we'll make sure they are written down somewhere central. Good. It'd be a right pain in the whatever having to trawl backwards and forwards between the halls just to check what number is being called for Stan. Maybe VQ number updates on the Showmasters twitter feed could help as well

I've been making Ellaria Sand especially to meet Pedro in. The plan was to wear it Sunday but I'm tempted to wear it on Saturday instead now as that's looking to be the big GoT cosplay day
