Yeah, I don't see why not. I know people might think he's too famous (and expensive) but he's probably just this ordinary guywho works hard and would love to fill up some empty spaces in his schedule with conventions so his fans could see what a super guy he is.......but he never gets asked.........Aw!

Hi Everyone, I met and had a photo with Callum Blue - fabulous!! Really good time, and bumped into John Barrowman (almost literally) in the dealers room........it was amusing to see him on TV on the Sunday, sopping wet on a boat...............ding dong! Does that man ever have a day off?.....I don't think so...... Thanx guys, fab event - really apreciated, it has taken me a while to play with the new site but it seems very user friendly. Just have to decide on a picture......have decided I am worth more than an anonymous blob!

Oh Yeah! I really enjoy crewing for Showmasters. It is such good fun and fab to meet up with friends and new people. The Milton Keynes Collectomania was really good as usual, the guests I saw were so friendly and really made sure people had a good time. I only wish I was younger and could have done events management at college or something - instead of graphic design - I could have had a different life!!! Never mind, at least there is a fabulous showmasters who let me join in their wonderful events - Yey! Thanx sooooo much, your number one fan x

Hi, Dont know if anyone has mentioned this and sorry if it is somewhere else in this forum but apparently Andy died March 31st. I had the privalige to be his guest minder (I forget what it called) a few collectomanias ago. I knew he had a heart condition but he was keen to let his fans at the event know that he felt fine. He was a true showman, and very gracious to my nervous comments and somewhat inept minding.....he did a fab talk with Nick Brendan and Kelly Donovan at the point, and it is a shame that we won't see him acting in anything else....he was so fab as Lorn, I have just finished rewatching Angel last series and the pathos he acted in the scene where he shot Linsey.....gripping, just gripping....rest in peace Andy, Fiona (rockchick)

Well..... I wouldn't say such people form the majority. Actually I've always said that there's a very wide variety of people at SM events - much more so than I expected the first time I went to one. You get the occasional guy who maybe should have used a bit of Lynx or whatever, but I wouldn't say it's commonplace. Sorry Sorry Sorry, didn mean to offend!! I just meant people were being ripped off and people shouldn't be ripped off especially those fans who perhaps .......oh you must know what i mean......I just think some people cant afford to spend hundreds of pounds on stuff and autographs and i know its their decision but i feel so uncomfortable that they do....so autographs should be no more than about £25 so that exploitation is kept to a minimum

Yup, I think £20 is a fair price for someone very famous of the moment but £15 or £10 is also very fair for some of the not so recent ones or technical people. It horrifies me that the type of people you get as punters at these conventions look as if they should be spending their money on better food or dental treatment or deodorant...I think some people are exploited and conned just because they may have a slight obsession or enthusiastic hobby. It upsets me a lot actually......I know people have the right to spend their money how they wish but I think they are taken advantage of sometimes......I've met some really great stars but the occasional not so great ones too....some of the stars seem to be inadequate too, and taken advantage of and pushed to the limit by agents....its all a bit 'they shoot horses don't they'...sometimes. I'm not sure why you have changed the venue...I don't think its such a good idea really, it makes it all a bit exclusive and elite....having it in the city centre brought in people who wouldn't normally go to things like this...
