The word 'Classic' keeps getting used. I wonder why? It makes me feel that we're talking about an older guest, someone who has been a star for a long time. Interesting.

You wait ages for a Captain of the Enterprise and then 2 turn up at the same time!!

I've been very lucky in that I've met Chris Pine (really nice and friendly guy), Zachary (same) and Dolph (at the Expendables premiere) but would LOVE a photo with Chris as I've had my photo taken with all the other Trek Captains. The other guests suggestions are great. Karl is in so many things (Bourne, LOTR, Trek and Judge Dread), same goes for Ian. Van Damme would be very cool. I do hope though that you haven't forgotten about the previous guest poll - Stan Lee, please!!! Keep reaching for the stars, Showmasters!!!!

Great!! I met Harrison Ford earlier this year, so now I can get young Indy!! :)

Stan Lee. His name was one of those mentioned in the LFCC guest poll but considering his age, perhaps Autographica would be a more suitable show. Also, I would love to see Debbie Reynolds. A chance to meet the only remaining star of Singin' in the Rain would be incredible.

I shouldn't think you'd have a problem. I often take a hard plastic poster tube on-board and have never had a problem with that. And believe me, there have been times when I've felt like swinging it around to clear a path through disorganised holiday makers!! BTW, lovely piece to get signed

I'm getting the first flight to Heathrow on Saturday morning, should be at the venue around 9.45am, grabbing my Gold Pass, getting autos from the 6 guests I really, really want (others if there's time!), getting my Karen Photo op around 11.45/12 (thank you Gold Pass) then out the door, back to Heathrow for the 3.15pm flight back to Belfast. Phew!!

I'm a movie, TV and comic fan as well as being a Liverpool supporter. I love attending conventions and premieres but standing in Anfield singing You'll Never Walk Alone is pretty awesome as well!!

I usually get an 8x10 first of all and then, if I'm getting a second autograph or if I meet them again I'll get another item signed. I have a Patrick Stewart autograph on the action figure (in the box) of the character he played on The Simpsons in the Stonecutter episode. After getting all the Capt. Picard's and Prof. X's I'll ever need, it made for a nice change!!

I've been doing that for years. It helps when you're a fan of the guest's appearance in something other than their better known roles, e.g. Derek Jacobi in Frasier.

At the photo shoots, it's pretty much 'hello' and 'thanks, bye!'. I think the photo shoots are becoming more popular, with some people preferring them to autographs so they have to get through them quickly. If the guest isn't crazy busy (and even if they are sometimes!!), the autograph op is the best place for a quick chat but even then it can be 'hi' and 'bye' which I predict it will be for Karen this weekend.

I have no reason to think there will be but there may be. Just a bit of fun speculation.

I think the Headline Guest...has yet to be announced!! Don't get me wrong, the line up is fantastic but SM may have another big guest up their sleeves. Before you ask, no, I haven't heard any rumours but with a little less than 2 weeks to go, I'd be surprised if there isn't another big guest announcement to come. If there isn't, well, Karen, Christopher 1 & 2, Gil & Erin, Derek J, Sheppard Snr & Jnr - All brilliant guests!!

So, if you're coming in from Heathrow, and need to get back there quickly, you're screwed!! Not necessarily. You can get the Heathrow Express from Paddington, which is 4 stops up from Earls Court it takes 15 minutes PAD-LHR and costs £18 single or £32 for a return (2nd part valid for one month) Thanks for that. I actually deleted my post when I realised I'd spoken too hastily and that the Heathrow Express might actually be a quicker solution all round.
