Well it's been said before and I'm sure it will be said many times again but Showmasters crew ROCK!!! Thank you to my fellow pit bosses Gemma, Nick, Dave and Emma. It was a pleasure working with you guys, thank you so much. A huge thank you to all that I worked with over the weekend. Everyone went above and beyond what was asked of them without complaint and I want to commend all the people who had the madness of the photo shoots, James Marsters and John Barrowman/Eve Myles autograph areas. I have heard nothing but compliments on how the crew were helpful and friendly. *Pats on the back* to you all. As for the Next End on Friday and Costa End on Sunday, thank you all for pulling together especially on Sunday when we were thrown in at the deep end with not realising how busy certain guests were going to be. You all stepped up to bat and hit a home run! We managed to get everyone on open queues by 2.00pm. To all at Showmasters towers - Jason, Andrea, Stuart, Paul, Mark, Ian, Elvis, Steff and Davey, a huge thank you for all that you put into the show and letting me be part of one of the best weekends ever. A special thanks to Too Tall - honestly I don't know how you manage it. You manage to still have a smile on your face at the end of the day despite having to deal with over a 100 crew. I'd suggest that you contact your bank straight away, explain the situation and see what they suggest.

I suggest anybody who stayed at the Park Inn over the weekend check their bank statements and credit card statements. I've just checked mine and they have taken payment for my room twice. Once when I checked in (supposedly only a pre-authorisation) and again when I checked out! Am now waiting for a telephone call back from the accounts department to sort this out. Grrr.....

Well somebody still has the Convention Dance CD that I left there last year! I will have my ipod with me though so plenty to choose from, although not everybodies taste.

Can I have the address of where we are staying please? I'm not going to be there until lunch time on the Saturday now, due to the pathetic state of the trains I'm coming down by coach. Trains would have been 5 changes and 2 legs of the journey by replacement bus service (so not gonna happen) so it's easier to come by coach with no changes and only 45 minutes longer. Donna

Yup I'll be there. Jason do you need payment sending to you or can I pay when I get there? Not sure if I will be there Friday or Saturday depends on trains. Donna

Hehe - I got a thank you and I wasn't even there!!!!! I know you weren't there but it was a collective Thank You for the year and as *madmonster said, you do more than most people know and appreciate, hotels etc.

Well that's another year done and dusted for Showmasters events and I want to thank everyone who I have worked with throughout the year and over the last weekend. I think this weekend breaks the record for the fastest break down ever. It's been said many, many times before but it's true - Showmasters Crew Rock!!! You all go above and beyond the call of duty and when it get's a little hairy you all step up to bat and make the events the best in the country. I've spoken to many agents and guests and they all sing the praises of the crew. Thanks to all my fellow Pit Bosses - Jola, Chris, Andy(Penfold), Andrew, Mara, Sarah, Idris, Nick, Gemma, Simone, Julie, Chris B, John, Sharon, Mary, Wendy, Dave and Tony (apologies if I've forgotten anybody) it's a pleasure working with you guys and I look forward to working with you all again next year for more madness and mayhem lol... Special Thanks to all at Showmasters Towers - Jason, Andrea, Stuart, Too Tall, Paul, Mark, Sparks, Ian, Elvis, Steff, KB, Chunk and Davey (again apologies for missing anyone). Without you guys putting on the shows I'd get much more sleep and be much richer in the pocket but very, very bored and not have the opportunity to see all the friends that I have made throughout the years. Thank you so much. I'm now going to relax and recover for the next couple of months and look forward to some fantastic guest announcements and shows for 2008. Much Love Donna x
