as a Londoner, my advice is to AVOID TAXIS!!!! traffic in that area, particuarly around Victoria, is usually TERRBILE and it could well be a slow and expensive journey (unless you are arriving suuuuuper early like 7am or earlier ) you're best bet is the TUBE on the district line now, single journeys cash fayre is over £4 so get a ZONE 1 day ticket, unless you are staying over if you are staying over, you may as well pay for an OYSTER CARD which saves alot of money compared to cash fayres it is an average of 2mins per stop, though it can be a wait of up to 8mins to travel between Earl's Court and Olympia according to http://www.tfl.gov.uk/modalpages/2605.aspx, the BUS journey could take up to 40mins with 2 buses at oyster fayre of £1.35 a journey or around £2.50 cash fayre (prices have gone up in Jan doh!) so go to the link above and put in the specifics of your journey to decide on bus or tube surfy sah xx

love that you have rescheduled Ben and Chris from Chev but think it's a shame not to have them at Chev with other SG guests and proper panels that said, wahooo SG guests and I guess, with Chris being in Batman, which will be out this summer, it does kinda make sense Chris was talking about his role in Batman at a con accross the pond this summer but he couldn't say much of course and I can't really remember what he did say but, as QS says, he has had to cancella number of appearences so sounds like a big role need a new photo too as the last one was on my stolen memory card surfy sah xx

not sure why people are worried - these cons normally have a "4 guests minimum" thing and there are already 4 guests also, there is a ways to go yet as 1of2 has said bring on a guest from Atlantis *cough*Chuck and/or Paul*cough* so we have some one from each franchise, wahooo! surfy sah xx

a note about the free buses! you MUST tell the bus driver when boarding that you are getting off within the Perimeter Road area to ride for free and DO NOT SWIPE YOUR OYSTER CARD otherwise you will automatically pay £1.30 Oyster fayre! because these buses go on past the "ride free area" to little towns etc, they will not tell you you can ride for free! not sure how the free buses work to Chevron at the Rad because, a few LFACCs/EMSs ago, some of the crew stayed at the Rad and the rest at the Sheritan "opposite" the Thistle and we had to PAY to get on the bus even though both these hotels are within the Perimeter Road "ride free area" think will email TFL and check surfy sah xx

met so many of the SGA cast (all the main cast and most of everyone else) already so SGU please! but, yeah, more SGA/SGU guests in general! met all the main cast from SG1 except Claudia and nearly everyone else except Carmen and Tom McBeth *ahem* surfy sah xx

would LOVE to meet Claudia because I've not met her yet and I do believe (apart from Amanda, kinda) that she is the last main cast member to need to meet that said, it is a bit late in the say to announce such a main cast guest, even though it is true that technically it's not too late if SM/ME were able to get a big guest like Claudia, they'd probably try to secure her long ways away before the con to allow people to be able to save and of course buy tickets early on however, I realise that, in the case of this Chev and Chev 7.5, this doesn't always pan out surfy sah xx

for me I'd really like to see: Christopher Hyderdell (also for SG and Sanctuary ) Billy Burke (also for Rizzoli & Isles) that Voltori dude that was meant to come to a previous ET that was in SG1 and also the main 3 though am not sure my ears could take that abuse Kirsten was awesome in Adventureland Rob for Harry Potter and Taylor for Abduction and cause he's cute surfy sah xx

I am quite gutted! and am surprised Chris is still filming the Dark Knight, he was filming that when we saw him in Chicago in August! here's hoping that means he has a fairly sizable part Alexis was at the same con awesome that Tori is coming (again) good to get an SGA cast member have met Alexis and Peter 3-4-5 times over though, nothing left for them to sign didn't they both do Chevron 2 together too? oh well, I know QS will be happy to have Alexis there ;-) hopefully SM/ME you can get us an 8x10 with both of them on aka Alexis as Klorel like you guys did with 'Whedon? surfy sah xx

SM did that already...it didn't pan out all that well! it's not all that easy to get to if you come by any other menthod other than by car! and there's nothing else really there! atleast if it was Birmingham (which is expensive to get to from London, an open return is £45! , but, only like 1hour40mins or something) there is the city centre not all that far away from the NEC so people who come as a family have the option of shopping (not that I'm sure the NEC is an option ) surfy sah xx
