a couple of hundred pounds? surely if you have already booked your flights then it's just the hotel and the entrance left to pay? and you may as well come along, enjoy yourself, watch some talks, look at the stalls than "waste your flight money?" and if you've booked in advance then surely you had flights cheapish? besides, there's over 3weeks to go yet so how du know Jason won't announce some one you want to meet between now and then? surfy sah xx

Danny is appearing in a play called The Sunshine Boys in the West End alongside Richard Griffiths and, as the opening post says, he is elsewhere already so would it really make sense to ask him to CM too? alot of people will just go to the other event for him or the stage door perhaps not to mention that there is likely a clause in his contract at the other show about not appearing at other shows surfy sah xx

sounds like an interesting concept though there are alot of Star Trek guests for freebies, which would be cool for me as I like Trek but not everyone does think this pass is made for people who would normally buy a Gold Pass as it seems to be only a little more and you get your hotel sorted too but maybe people would be more interested if VTs weren't an issue and you could just join the line like Gold Pass? though I suppose you don't want the two passes to be too simular... like some one else mentioned, I like to spend as little as possible at cons on accomodation etc so more money to spend at the show, hence my very long ago booked £19 Travelodge room hope this works out for SM though and it's cool to have CM parties again surfy sah xx

having seen Zach's play with "Emmeh" twice in 4days ther other week and met Zach at the stage door, I am soo very excited about this guest!!!! if you have him in scrubs for the photoshoot, I may totally geek out and wear my ones from work too EPIC guest SM! just kinda wish he was at MK, too many good ones for me at LFACC now surfy sah xx

great to meet Peter from SGU but a shame to loose Patrick, how cool would it have been to have seen them on stage together! surfy sah xx

mainly friends/page/group links on FB also actors linking stuff on twitter sometimes read stuff on here, do not normally buy mags as they are exceedingly expensive and they either contain info I already know or news about movies coming like a year down the line, I'm not really bothered, rather find these things out nearer the time as too much anticipation can lead to dissapointment also alot of the mags contain so many - inadvertant or otherwise - spoilers for me I recently got 3 issues of Empire for like £1 delivered and have barely flicked through them, too much stuff I'm not interested in surfy sah xx

when the crew are putting photos out, they are normally over lapped over the guest because there would not be enough space on the tables otherwise! sometimes, when there aren't that many photos left to be collected, we can put the photos out without over lapping I've been to some of the big US cons and the option of the digital copy has been available but for some where between $10-$15 (£7-10) and, having paid the astronomical amount of money for the photo in the 1st place (at a con this summer, the cheapest photos for guests were $40-over £25 for guests that had been to SM events for £15-but some photoshoots are as much as $70-90 or more!!) I just didn't want to pay another $10-15 on top. that and these photo shoots tend to be ALOT smaller, think the most was at most 100 sales for a shoot? of course at SM shows, some guests will sell 400 on 2 days! I don't often put photo shoot photos on my FB / online unless it's a fave pic in which case I just take a photo of it too may issues with people "stealing" / "copying" / "saving" images from google/FB tbh! espesh now FB has that stuuuupid thing where friends of friends of friends can see your entire FB album if you tag 1 of their friends in only 1 picture - WTF! surfy sah xx

I'm soo really excited about Patrick coming!!!!! can't believe I haven't replied here already he was such an awesome guy when meeting him accross the pond this summer shame only 8 other people think so looking forward to seeing him again, didn't know he had been in SG1 and SGA so that'll be great to hear about in the panels surfy sah xx
